Outstanding 3 Bed Georgian-Style Town House in gated executive development. The property consists of a large lounge dining area with double windows and Juliet balcony to uninterrupted views of Fistral beach and the surrounding coast. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with views overlooking the beach, two additional double/twin bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with jacuzzi bath, downstairs shower room, utility room with washer, dryer, additional fridge freezer and custom designed wetsuit drying area. To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front. Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk and town centre 15 minutes walk. The property has full broadband internet access and two high spec LED Internet connected TVs in the lounge dining room and downstairs bedroom/den.

Why Peter Kumik chose Newquay & St Austell area

We have friends with an apartment in Newquay that we have used regularly over many years. Pentire is a quiet area and has the beach at the doorstep but is also an easy walk into the town where there are all the shops and things to do for the kids that you need. Last Christmas we saw the house in Hatfield Crescent advertised and decided it was exactly what we wanted as a family holiday home. We often spend holiday weeks and weekends in Newquay all year round so we knew we would use it. It was also such an obvious holiday rental we hope to cover some of our costs by letting it out when we are not using it.

What makes this house unique

Multiple rooms in the property overlook Fistral beach which is a short walk from the front door. You can spend hours in any conditions relaxing on the sofa with a coffee or glass of wine just watching the surf and beach. More to the point you can pick your conditions if you want to catch the best waves. There are plenty of surf hire shops and surf schools within an easy walk.

Newquay has an aquarium the kids love to go back to visit, mini golf, a golf course, sports facilities such as climbing, swimming, tennis, boating pool, plenty of shops and bars as well as cliff walks and easy access to all the beautiful beaches and towns of north Cornwall.

Great location, great view, great property.

What a great property in the quieter part of Newquay, Pentire. Just a short walk and down a few steps to the beach - couldn't be much better a location.

The house was modern and we'll equipped for our stay with everything we could have wanted.

We'll be recommending it to friends and family and will likely be booking again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hatfield Crescent. The house offers everything you need for a good holiday. There was enough space for the 6 of us and the children enjoyed having 'a place of their own' in the downstairs room. Easy access to the beach, wonderful walks, shops within walking distance,... We will be back!

Amazing Holiday Home!

My children and I were looking to come to Newquay for a much needed break. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The facilities and location of this property are second to none and we are all counting down the days until we can come back again. The little welcome package was also very thoughtful and extremely welcome!! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Very nice location, quiet and beautiful view

We stayed for 4 nights in October; 4 adults, one 17 year old and a 10 month old baby girl. We enjoyed it very much; very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and information provided was very good. We had problems with getting the heating to work, but that was sorted out after contacting the property manager. We enjoyed very nice walks on nearby beach and towards Pentire. Would rent again!

Great house with fantastic view

The house itself and the accommodation offered was great and exactly what we were after. Can't fault the location or the fantastic view. The house itself is a little tired and could do with a bit of TLC but we had a fantastic stay and it had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi bath was a great added extra!

Owner's Response: Holiday usage takes it toll unfortunately by the end of the season. Since this review we have just replaced both sofas, repaired a number of damaged fixtures and will have repainted all necessary areas. By the start of next season.

The property is an ideal surf base with Fistral Beach on the doorstep but also a range of other beaches along the coast providing alternative venues in varying conditions all within 15 minutes drive.

Coast/Beach:

Fistral beach (5 min walk) is a long sandy surf beach which is patrolled during the holiday season for body boarders and surfers. In addition there are spectacular long sandy beaches for Surfing, Kite Surfing and Kayaking at Crantock, Perran Sands, Holywell, and Watergate Bay.

Travel:

TRAIN - Newquay approx: 1 Miles
