2 Los Almendros is one of 34 town houses in the Los Arqueros golf resort near Benahavis. Built in 2006, it is a modern well equipped house perfect for a larger family or group of up to 8 people. It shares 2 large pools and communal gardens overlooking the golf course with views to the Mediterranean coast. Built in 2006 the house is over 3 floors, is fully air conditioned and includes a basement games room and home entertainment area. It is conveniently situated for the towns of Benahavis, San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Estepona and Marbella and is a 10 minute drive from the beach. In addition it is situated close to some of the best golf courses in the Costa del Sol. The historic town of Benahavis is a 15 minute drive away and Ronda is less than an hour away. The area has wonderful beaches, shopping, dining, golf, historic towns and is well connected to the coastline of Costa del Sol by being close to the A7 motorway.

Why David Horsley chose West Costa del Sol

Our townhouse was purchased as a brand new build on a Taylor Woodrow development. This is our first and only holiday home and is situated in an established community called Los Arqueros, on the Ronda Road, near San Pedro, Benahavis, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Its proximity to the coast (10 minutes drive), the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar (40 minutes drive), Marbella (15 minutes) and the cosmopolitan Puerto Banus (10 mins), plus the fact that it is a mature community with little development remaining, makes for a perfect holiday home. There are 34 townhouses within our 'micro' community known as Los Almendros, sharing 2 large swimming pools and terraces overlooking the Los Arqueros golf course and views to the coast of Puerto Banus and Gibraltar.

What makes this house unique

The property is on 3 floors, with air conditioning and includes a basement den with pull down double bed, 46" plasma, pool table and darts board; perfect to entertain the kids! There are 3 double rooms upstairs, with a family bathroom and walk in wet room as an ensuite. Sky, wi-fi, Apple TV, DVD, Bose speaker are all available within the rental. There are 3 terraces offering ample outside space for dining and entertaining. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby and the truly Spanish towns of Benahavis and San Pedro provide a flavour of the real Spain. There are numerous golf courses nearby for those that play. The coastline is vast and offers many opportunities for water sports, dining and people watching.

Outside: Main terrace has table for 6, large BBQ, sofa, armchair. Upstairs terrace to master bedroom has 2 sun loungers. Property has 2 large shared private pools for Los Almendros residents only. These are not heated. There are sun loungers and shades provided around each pool and each pool has outdoor showers and WC. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included for the house but not for pool or beach use. Cleaning can be provided weekly. Other: Basement has 1 double sofa bed, one pull down bed and one large sofa, 50" plasma TV with surround sound, DVD and Wii console. WC downstairs. Double garage is entered from basement and has pool table, darts board and other beach/pool equipment for use.
