Excellent well equipped apartment right in centre of San Remo.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped with modern appliances and a small balcony to sit outside.. Perfect for two adults. The location is central with shops ,supermarkets and a host of restaurants catering to every taste all around...Rosas` small restaurant right outside the door is excellent value. Bus transport is easy to access but rail station is a 1 kilometer walk away. Beaches at the western edge of town (easy by bus or bike) are excellent. Plenty of places to visit along the coast by bus or train.San Remo itself is a great place to stay with lots to see and do during the daytime and evening.The range and quality of shops is extraordinary.
Two disadvantages,. there are 55 steep steps up to the apartment . Piazza Brescia has 3 bars/restaurants where there is music until late at night particularly at weekends. Despite good double glazing in the apartment we needed ear plugs to sleep.
Despite these two points The apartment and San Remo can br highly recommended. ...
