Interior - Exotic interior garden. Rooftop - swimming pool, [pool heating not used] loungers/sun shades, freshwater showers, toilets, large solaria/ sun decks with wonderful views. Utility Room: Ironing board, iron, ample linen and towels [no bathing towels] stored in lobby cupboards. An airing frame is available for use on the balcony. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A maid/laundry/cleaning service can be arranged at extra cost for long term [1 month+] stays. Ample linen and towels are supplied, property inspection/cleaning/laundry after every guest vacation [inclusive]. Other: Lobby - Fitted cupboards, power panel, alarm and air con controls, video porter, carved Chinese chest. Beautiful apartment

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in april. Everything was perfect.

It has a great location on the marina looking out at all the boats and restaurants and bars. Lovely large balconies. There is a beautiful roof top pool with plenty of sun loungers and large area's for relaxing.

I would recommend this apartment and look forward to returning very soon.

Just arrived back from a second great stay in this lovely apartment which has been given a make-over.Wonderful location, apartment has all the amenities of home. The owner is a joy to deal with. We would recommend a stay in this gorgeous apartment.

Fantastic holiday!

Myself, my partner and my two children,aged 12 and 16, stayed here for a wonderful weeks holiday in July. The best thing about this apartment is its wonderful location on the marina, a fantastic setting overlooking all the boats, restaurants and bars, although no problem with noise! The apartment is in a very safe gated community and I felt confident leaving the children there when they didn't want to join us in the evening, although as everything is so close we could see them on the balcony from the bar we were having a nightcap in! Lovely large balcony to sit on for breakfast or a sunbathe and great small pool on roof which never seemed to get very busy. Very enjoyable week!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at this apartment, you wont be disappointed, very comfortable and clean, very relaxing sitting on the two lovely balconies for a drink or a meal if you wanted a quite night in. We had no trouble sleeping as some reviews have mentioned even with a wondow open. We found the best restaurants on the beach promenade and it is a lovely walk back to the apartment after, hope to return next year.

A superb apartment with great accommodation. The balconies

are massive with wonderful views of the marina. Everything was perfect with ideal walks by the sea in both directions. I would not hesitate in recommending the apartment to family and friends and we look forward to returning at a later date.

Puerto marina

This is a superb apartment with fantastic accommodation and beautiful views.the balcony is perfect for relaxing in either sun or shade, the area has numerous restaurants and is accessible in both directions to nearby towns. Would have no problem recommending this apartment to friends or family. I look forward to returning at another date.

Two extensive clean sandy beaches - 2 minutes walk.


Malaga airport [domestic and short haul/Eu] 15 minutes taxi/drive; walk/taxi to El Pinillo station - 15 mins., and local train to airport/Malaga - 20 mins.

Local bus/coach/car hire services - 5 mins.

Sea ferries to Malaga/Fuenghirola - 5 mins. walk + sea time.

High speed rail Malaga central -to Madrid 3.5 hours total


Arroyo de la Miel - car, bus 20 mins or 20 mins walk.

Torromolinos, Fuenghirola - car, bus 10 mins

Marbella/ Puerto Banus - car, coach 40 mins.

Cordoba, Granada, Seville - 2-3 hrs. - car, coach.

Gibraltar - car 1.25 hrs.; coach 1.5 hrs.;

Ceuta or Morocco - 1.5 hrs. car/coach to Aljeziras/La Linea + 2 hrs. ferry.

Cruise ships sail from Malaga.

Further Details:

The coast hills and mountains offer much to explore by car and foot - history, nature architecture and local food. Within the marina are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, Banks and shops - all wthin 2 mins. walk. The fitness centre, sailing and diving schools are all nearby. Police, coastguard, Wifi service, parking and advice are available at the Marina office. If in doubt ask our concierge who speaks Spanish and English.

Notes on prices:
A 1 week booking is for 7 nights stay, - utility services, final inspection, cleaning and laundry are rental inclusive. Security deposits are normally returned within 3 days of departure/inspection.

25% is paid upfront to reserve property, six weeks prior to arrival the remainder of 75% rental price is due. Payments are effected by bank transfer. Returnable security deposit against damage is paid one week prior to departure for Spain.It is transferred back into guest's account upon arrival back to the UK.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
