About Pascale Roosenburg

We use the house as our second home, so we have tried to make the house as homely and user-friendly as possible.

Pascale Roosenburg purchased this house in 2011

Why Pascale Roosenburg chose Peyrefitte-du-Razès

We bought our house as a second home as we love the aea so much. We particularly like this area of France as we find it so peaceful, friendly and accessible from London.

We particularly like being able to go into Mirepoix for coffee and lunch, enjoying our garden and the local lakes and pools.

Its a great area for cycling and walking.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the house all year round for fun-filled summer holidays and cosy nights beside an open fire in the winter.

A home to relax in!

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned to England after spending 2 weeks in this peaceful and comfortable home. We had everything we needed and felt at home straight away. The little village was quiet and pretty and we enjoyed exploring (leisurely!) the local area. We also had a few days going further afield, as the location is good for visiting in every direction and there are lots of interesting and beautiful places to discover. We were able to relax completely and would highly recommend this property

Village tranquille certes....

  • 2 of 5

Lovely propery - quiet village and secluded garden

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful stay in a great cottage with lots of character. The situation is on the edge of a very quiet village, and it has a lovely secluded garden, fantastic for having barbecues and relaxing. Carcassonne is about 40mins drive away, as are the Pyrenees mountains, although the closer countryside is still good for exploring, as is the nearest town, Mirepoix.
