Surround sound, Open concept with all smart TV's in all bedrooms, living room and Loft. Brand new furnishings throughout to make your stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful lake views from many rooms. Private beach with paved boat launch and 6 boat slips. Bring your own boat or rent one! Outdoor bathhouse with outdoor shower and bathroom, so the kids don't bring the sand inside! Huge outdoor kitchen sundeck with grill and picnic tables. 250' of private sandy beach shoreline just steps from your porch. Private beach is specifically for this cabin only. Free canoes, row boats and kayaks. Paddle boards to rent. We include all life jackets, oars and paddles. All boats are available from Mid May to Mid October. Custom fire pit for those moonlit evenings of s'mores! This log cabin is literally ON THE BEACH! Sit in the master bedroom having your morning coffee and gaze right outside to the beautiful lake while listening to the loons.
The cabin is located in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH on Lake Winnisquam which is the third largest lake in NH. We are 15 minutes to Gunstock ski and Rec area and 40 minutes to Loon Mountain Ski area and MT Washington Valley.
Don’t forget Fido! We are pet friendly and we have several hiking and walking trails very close and perfect for the 4 legged friend you just can’t leave behind.
We allow one well behaved pre-approved dog which must be Lee-approved. Our newest log cabin on the lake is next door to this cabin. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath state of the art and drop dead gorgeous! This cabin is perfect for the grandparents, friends and relatives so you can have the whole gang together! Call for pricing.
We are pet friendly and we allow ONE well behaved, preapproved dog for a $250 fee. Please feel free to contact me with any questions whatsoever at 603-455-4074 You will have to fill out a questionnaire to pre-approve your pup and we do not allow Preapprovals on the same day of arrival you must let us know in advance of your stay.

Beautiful cabin, great location

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, with a private beach, firepit, and with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. It is located within a 10 minute drive of great restaurants and supermarkets but still feels remote and private. Our host was very responsive and thoughtful: we had brownies and wine for the adults, and dog treats for our pup waiting when we checked in. The only drawback was the very early checkout (10am) as we really wish we could have stayed a little longer. We can't wait to come back again!

Family Trip

The cabin was spotless and ideal for our needs. Lots of attention to details and needs of our group. Provided everything you would need for the little ones, including beach toys. Also had a lease, lead, a dog bed and bowls for our dog!

Perfect Cozy Cabin

This cabin is deserving of all 5 stars. It's right on the water. Right off of a main road for easy access. Super clean. Everything was perfect. We got snowed in but we didn't care- we cooked in the pristine kitchen and relaxed by the fire. Couldn't ask for better accommodations!

Girls Reunion Weekend for the Books!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend of relaxing and unwinding. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We are already making plans to go back again next year!

This Cozy home is centrally located to all of New Hampshires greatest assets including beaches, shopping, skiing and most important ...use of our beautiful private beach! We offer free canoes, row boats and life jackets and rentals for two paddle boards (please call for information on paddle board rentals), we also offer chaise lounges and lawn chairs at the beach including a gas grill on the beautiful farmers porch and a charcoal grill on the sun deck. The 250' of sandy shoreline offers plenty of shade or sunshine.
