NEWLY REFURBISHED FOR 2017... APARTMENT WITH CAR PARKING AND AMAZING SEA VIEWS

Bright, light and spacious one-bedroom apartment with spectacular sea and coastal views through large picture windows.

Centrally located just minutes walk to the beach, harbour, restaurants and many galleries of St Ives. An absolute must for St Ives, Blue View has its own parking space, undercover and secure in the building's basement.

Newly renovated and decorated in a contemporary boutique beach style, the apartment is unusually spacious and perfect for two people with plenty of room for a cot if necessary. An extra guest can be accommodated on the living room sofa bed.

Original artworks adorn the walls alongside contemporary seaside detailing. The apartment is cool and classically contemporary yet extremely warm and welcoming.

We have loved St Ives ever since holidaying here many years ago. Having previously lived in Birmingham and London we eventually managed to fulfil our dream and make the move to Cornwall.

We now live in St Ives, and absolutely love it!

The apartment at Carrack Widden has such a stunning view you can't fail to be impressed and instantly relaxed.

We love St Ives and Porthminster is our favourite beach, so the view over the beach and bay beyond is very special to us.

The apartment was in need of updating but is now well and truly worthy of its superb location.

Great stay but needs a clean

Great location, amazing views, parking only criticism the apartment is dirty and collecting/taking the key to the cafe is a bit of a nightmare in the height of summer. Overall we had a great stay.

As well as new fixtures, fittings and furnishings you will be pleased to hear that we have a new cleaner with much higher standards! We are hoping to resolve the issue of picking the keys up by having them in a key safe at the property so you can arrive at your own convenience. A lovely modern and clean apartment situated in the ideal location with secure parking

Just had the most fantastic week in ST Ives. The apartment is in the perfect location, looking out over the sea and within a few minutes walk from the harbour and town. We spent our week between the 4 sandy beaches, which are all within walking distance. Our daughter spent the week looking round the galleries, too many she lost count!. We would recommend BLAS burgers as a great place to eat.

The Blue View apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, very modern and what a view. Will be booking for next year thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Great location but..

This apartment is in a wonderful location with stunning views of one of the nicest beaches we have seen anywhere. It also has secure parking which is brilliant in busy St Ives.

Unfortunately, although the apartment is fairly modern with a very nice bathroom 3 things let it down. The worst thing is the damp musty smell which is hard to live with until you buy plug in air fresheners. We had to wash any clothes that we did not wear on holiday as as they had been hung in the wardrobe and smelt.

The bed is very uncomfortable.

Finally it's a let down when the property is advertised with a washing machine yet you have to pay to use the one in the laundry room.

We spent over £25 on air freshener and washing/drying costs .

It's a real shame that the things let the property down because as mentioned the location is stunning ascenery is St Ives.

Amazing views

Had a lovely week in and around St Ives.

The property is ideally situated with the bonus of secure parking and amazing views. Would definitely visit again.

Dissapointed apart from the view

On arrival strong smell disinfectant in bathroom, replaced by odour that required continual use of extractor fan.The cooker difficult to use, notice on washing machine directing to the launderette,will leave at that,except to say poor value for money paid.

Owner's Response: The cooker and all other appliances are new now that the apartment has been completely refurbished and designed to a high specification. The views remain the same but the apartment is now very different with quality fittings and fixtures. The laundry room is available to all guests but, as you mention, is operated by inserting coins. However, this does free up space in the kitchen for other useful appliances (such as dishwasher) so we apologise that this wasn't made clear on your previous visit. Hopefully you will give Blue View another chance!

Very pleasant apartment with amazing views.Great shower and well equipped apartment.Parking in the garage excellent.One major complaint we had no directions to get to the property.....that needs to be clarified.St Ives one way system made it an unpleasant start to our stay.
