1 bed apartment recently had a Complete re vamp in the centre of the urbanisation in San Juan De Capistrano.

Also has a downstairs studio sleeping 2 both apartments have air conditioning which is included in the price.

Can be rented together or seperatly.

There is a supermarket directly across the road and bus stop a few meters from the entrance.

The pool is directly across the road, with both adult and children's pool.

I had a great stay in this apartment. It is ideally situated on an urbanisation 20 mins walk from the centre of Nerja.It was nice and quiet although in high season would maybe not be as opposite is the lovely pool a supermarket and a number of bars....all ideal for a pool/sun holiday.The bus stop for town is right outside which is handy.parking is right outside too.Terrace is a sun trap even in Feb/mar ! Decent views from terrace too.All facilities for a long stay with washing machine freezer WiFi UK telly cooker and oven which not all holiday flats have....The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly..... Would highly recommend !!

Modern and very clean apartment

The facilities in the apartment were superb the balcony had views of the mountains and sea and you can also people watch.

We hired a car and ate at various resorts but there are excellent eating places within walking distance. You can walk into Nerja and catch the bus back for €1. I would recommend the apartment to family and friends

Fabulous apartment

Would highly recommend this apartment. Stayed here for two weeks and had a fantastic time. The apartment and decor is fabulous and absolutely spotless. I really loved the colour scheme and Carole has thought of everything to make your stay truly the best. The location is excellent, right next to the swimming pool and lovely bars and is in a really peaceful area. The owners Carole and Derek are exceptionally lovely and kind people and really helped myself and husband when we had to return home due to the death of my sister in law. We really appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Truly lovely people. I would give it 10 stars + but it only goes up to five!!

Fantastic apartment

We have stayed in the one bed apartment on two occasions and are due to go back in May. The apartment is ideally situated in a beautiful and quiet area of San Juan de Capistrano. It's location makes easy access to the beach and the town where there are beautiful shops, restaurants etc. The apartment is of a high class standard with everything you would need for a self catering holiday and more. Opposite the apartment is a local supermarket, the pool with cafe bars and restaurants with a wide variety of food and drink. The owners Carole and Derek have made it a little home from home with all the comforts you need. There is a bus stop outside the apartment which would take you into town for one euro and if you decided to take a taxi back it was 7 euros. There is a market day and lots of fun places to visit. We would highly recommend this apartment and I can say I have seen the brand new studio apartment downstairs which is beautiful and also has been finished to a really high class standard. You will enjoy the superb apartment and the location. Enjoy !!!!

Amazing family stay

This is our third stay at this apartment, and we will be booking to come and stay again.

The apartment is beautifully done out and has everything you could possibly need.

We have two children and found the apartment very child friendly and all amenities were on our doorstep, from bus access to local shops and pool and bar/ dining.

The owners of the apartment gave the apartment fantastic little welcoming touches to make it feel home from home.

I will be back no doubt about it time and time again it's a perfect holiday destination with a perfect place to stay.

Anniversary holiday

We spent a lovely week in nerga celebrating our first anniversary. Apartment was fantastic. Immaculate! Everything you could possibly need was in there. Carole really had thought of everything. Bus stop right outside for quick trip down town or walk across the road to pool bars and restaurants. Superb holiday as quiet or as lively as you want it. Nerga offers everything for all ages. Hope to be back there again soon.

I chose this area as it has one of the best pools in Nerja. San Juan De Capistrano is an urbanisation with beautiful gardens and surrounding area, with fantastic views.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Positioned in the very sort after are in San Juan de Capistrano, an ideal location with 2 minutes’ walk to the pool/supermarket/bus stop. There are 2 pools a large pool and also a small kiddies pool, sun loungers are available with umbrellas in the pool area. There are several bars and restaurants on a terrace below the pool area also several bar restaurants at the pool area.

Nerja town centre is a 5 minutes’ drive

There are quite a few beaches Burrianna being the largest.

Travel:

Mala airport is 70 kilometres from Nerja less than one hour drive, there is also a bus service from the airport to Malaga and then a direct bus from Malaga to Nerja.

Distances:

Town Centre is 20 minutes walk or 5 minute drive, Nerja Caves are only a bus ride away, also there is golfing 15 minutes drive and skiing 1 1/2 hours drive.

Further Details:

There is a supermarket across the road from the apartment, also the pool is there and 2 restaurants, there is a terrace under the pool which has several bar restaurants.
