Our beautiful 5-bedroom villa, with a Private Heated Pool. The villa is positioned with a clear view of the Sea, the mountain range of Mt Teide and the sleepy Island of La Gomera is just across the bay. With the sun shining from the front to the back of the villa all day, showing a beautiful sunset every night just behind La Gomera. Within easy walking distance to the new blue flag Beach and near all amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, chemist and doctors. The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a fully operational drinking water system. The villa has the added advantage of satellite TV & free WIFI there are also televisions in the bedrooms

The villa has a large comfortable living area with soft sofas and a large dining table, with a patio door leading to the pool and sun bathing area.

The rear of the villa has the Bar. B. Q area with a large selection of tables for all to relax and eat outside, plus a covered dining area if required to shade from the sun, to enjoy yourselves further we have a full size ping pong table and excise bike

In some circumstances we have a 2-bedroom apartment and subject to availability can accommodate an extra 4 people, if this is of any interest please ask for details before you confirm your booking

The property featured on this web site is owned by us, So we can offer a very personal service to our clients, we live localy so if there are any unforeseen problems we are only a phone call away.

The villa has been built to a very high standard, and has an elevated position to keep the villa cool throughout the hot days normally associated with Tenerife. This five-bedroom villa has been furnished to a high specification and offers three bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. Outside: The pool side area offers a heated swimming pool, the covered sunbathing area is ideal for all day relaxing, surrounded by high line balustrade for complete private relaxation. Towards the rear we have the covered comedor with wood panel walls and natural stone walls, this cool area is ideal to just come in out of the sun for a refreshing drink or snack. Outside cooking area with preparation tables and large electric grill and Bar B Q Large tiled side terrace with a full size table tennis table. Perfect house for a family of 9 people:)

IT was a quiet and comfortable area to stat at. Clean and Nice house. Paul was very helpful and a pleasant man. We would like to go back to this house again:)

Suited us for what we needed. Clean condition throughout

The property gives a good view across the sea to La Gomera. The pool was great for the young ones and very warm to boot: also as the wind was the villa offered a wonderful shelter and evenings watching the sun set were excellent. From our villa it is all downhill to the village and the beach thus it is all up hill on the way back

Very nice villa

We spent 8 nights at this villa and had brilliant time there. There is everything you need.

It is very spaciuos and clean inside.

Villa itself is in a good location very close to town centre. The views from the terrace are awsome.

The highlight for us is the swimming pool. It is very good size and the water was warm.

Paul the owner responded to my queries quickly and was very helpfull.

The description and photos matches what we saw overthere.

Definitely will recommend this villa to anyone!!!!

A family holiday it truely was in every way. Relaxing in this lovely villa and pool ,we could not have asked for more. Strolled many times to the seafront . The villa is in an ideal situation to be able to enjoy all Calleo Salvaje has to offer

The villa was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

While our party of 7 had a wonderful holiday at your villa there were a few things that we thought would have improved the overall experience.

Firstly in the photos it shows a barbecue which was something we were looking forward to using, but in fact there was no barbecue, only an outside electric grill. Also, in the description it states that there are TV's in the bedrooms, when in fact there were only TV's in two of the bedrooms. There was a lovely little seating area in the photos but we could not access this. As we hired a car it would have been good if we had access to the car parking space at the villa but this was locked. When we asked about it we were told that the key was lost. This would definitely be a plus if you could gain access to the car parking space. The toaster did not work properly. You had to hold the lever down until the toast was done. The cushions on the sunbeds were quite grubby and should be replaced.

We enjoyed the pool immensely but there was a bit of an issue with loose tiles which the owner was aware of and was already having this looked at, but two of the children cut their feet on the loose tiles and we had to buy them swimming shoes for when they used the pool.

The villa was in a good position close to all the local amenities. The restaurants in Calleo Salvaje were excellent, particularly Casa Maria and Bombay Babu. The locals were very friendly and we booked a trip just down the road from the villa with the local agent. We chartered a sailing boat to see the whales and dolphins and had an amazing day out. We also visited Loro Parque and Siam Park. Well worth a visit. Two more amazing days out had by all.

Overall we all thought that it was a lovely villa in a really nice little village. The local beach was also worth a visit. Everyone enjoyed their stay at your villa in Calleo Salvaje. Thank you

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review Sorry there were issues you did not like, which is as you can tell from other reviews very unusually, we removed the the Bar B Q as it was causing us some concerns, as guest would us it and not clean any waste food from it on a daily basis, which meant, we were facing a hygiene problem , so we decided on replacing it with a very large easy to clean electric grill, all other guest have said that it was much better than having to prepare a Bar B Q and had the same results or very similar to Bar B Q food. The area which is temporally out of bounds is because of building work at the next door villa and for our guest safety we have closed this area until the work is completed at the end of September The area mentioned for parking is not accessible for parking, which we clearly state in our description If the toaster was reported not working correctly we would have changed it during the stay of the guest

A lovely Villa in an ideal spot.

Stayed here with my daughters, son in laws and grandchildren (9 of us) July - Aug for 2 weeks.. We were met on arrival by Jo, who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean, tidy and enough necessities were initially provided so we didn't have to race to the shops (i.e. Toilet paper) The villa has a homely feel and is nicely decorated. Anna changed the bedding and towels at the end of the first week, we'd said we were happy for her to go ahead if we were out (which we were) Paul, the pool guy came to check & clean the pool several times and even found my son in law's wedding ring that he'd lost whilst playing with his daughter in the pool. After checking the filter several times he found in in the small garden area. The pool was clean and a reasonable size and the only thing that I would have liked, would have been a rail down the steps into the pool. It can be.a bit slippery when wet (there is a sign up) but the children soon learnt to walk safely. My youngest grandchild (4yrs) gained so much confidence in the pool this year. It was brilliant to have a washing machine for the pool towels (hired from Paul & Jo) and for other odd bits of washing. The bedrooms are comfortable although we wished the fans were cooler of a night but that couldn't be helped with the high temperatures. (30C at 10.30pm on the 12th Aug) Keeping the curtains closed at all times in the bedrooms and the windows open helped a little. The bathrooms were clean and pleasant, although my daughter found the en suite shower didn't contain the water efficiently, particularly as not able to move the shower head (as per instructions) We put one of the pool towels down just inside the door from the pool as the interior tiling can be slippery with damp feet. (Another learning curve for the children) We only ate in one evening as there are some lovely restaurants close by. The grill (outside) was efficient and easy to clean on the occasion that we used it. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of staying in Callao Salvaje. Just outside is a bus stop and a taxi rank further down the road, also a car hire along the road on the right. Callao Salvaje is very clean rubbish wise, unfortunately local dog owners allow their dogs to foul the vegetation areas (no by-laws regarding clearing up after them like in the UK) which occasionally gets transferred to the pavement. All in all a very nice area to stay. Thank you Paul & Jo.
