Apartment in Morillon village, Haute Savoie, French Alps - Ideal Location For All. A Quaint Traditional French Village With All Amenities Necessary

Studio apartment sleeps upto 4, sofa bed with 2 bunk beds and balcony. WIFI.Kitchen dining area, bathroom with bath and shower over, separate wc. Free and secure underground parking.Telecabine is just 20 metres from the complex, ideal location for all especially if you have young children due to the close proximity of the telecabine.Only a 2 minute walk from the quaint village of Morillon 700. Village has all the amenities you need for a Alps holiday, great Patisserie, mini market, medical centre, tourist information, butchers, ski school, ski hire etc. Samoens just 4km up the valley is a larger village, with free ski bus to and from. Studio includes electric heating, TV, Video player, CD player, DVD player, Play Station with games. Basement storage for skis and boots. Studio Doina has a fully equipped kitchen area, with dining table and chairs. South West facing balcony with lovely views of the ski run down to the village and of down the valley. Wifi included.

My first ski holiday was a long time ago now, and as my children got to the age to learn to ski I went to Morillon on a recommendation. That was over 8 years ago now and I try and get back whenever the pennies will allow me to. My two daughters are quickly growing up now but we always have time to visit our little bolt hole!

My first holiday in Morillon was over 8 years ago with my wife and two young daughters. We had such a lovely holiday we kept going back and decided to buy something to 'escape' to. It really is a great place to stay, part of the Grand Massif there is so much to ski for every ability too. It is very easy to get to, the drive from the airport is quick and easy and the location is brilliant, so close to all the amenities and more importantly the lift! No waiting for a lift or ski bus just pick up your skis from the locker room and a 20 metre walk to get on the telecabine, it's that easy, even more worthwhile at the end of the day when your legs are tired! The village is very quaint, typically French and never gets too busy.

Cycling both road and mountain biking. Golf, walking, paragliding, hand gliding.


For summer holidays there a 4 parks dotted along the valley and the nearest park has its own, small man made beach with lake, and other outdoor activities, including Go Ape, kiddies play area, crazy golf, driving range, volley ball, tennis, table tennis, pony trekking, white water rafting, parapente, quad biking, mountain bike hire and much more.


Geneva Airport is just 45 minutes away, c40 miles, easy to get to and from. Chamberry, Annecy and Lyon are just as close by but not all airlines fly to Chamberry, Annecy/Lyon. Calais is a 600 mile drive.

Transfers from the airports are available by all car rental companies, with taxi and mini bus travel available as an alternative. I can provide details of websites for consideration if transport required from the airport to resort.


Within the village of Morillon 700, with Samoens just 4kms away a larger village/town. Cluses town is in the valley 20 minutes away which offers all you would expect from a French Town. Chamonix and Annecy all within 70 minutes from the Studio.

The village of Morillon has everything you would need for a weeks holidays in the Alps, from ski rentals, ski pass purchase, lessons, eating out, takeways, butchers, patisserie, min market, tourist information, cash machine, medical centre, bars and restaurants. A quaint and small village, quiet but has all the amenities for your stay.

Following an enquiry, a booking form will be emailed requesting return of with a non refundable £100 deposit. Balance is due within 8 weeks of departure.
Keys will be posted to your home address c2weeks prior to departure. A£50 security deposit is taken for return of keys, this fee is fully refundable on return of the keys after your holiday..
Secure underground car parking can be provided at £10 per week.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is change over day as a rule but other dates can be considered depending on bookings already made. Please enquire with your requirements for consideration, if not Sat to Sat.

Notes on prices:
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required, with booking confirmed on receipt of deposit. Balance due within 8 weeks of travel.

  • Notes on accommodation: Morillon is located within the ski region of the Grand Massif. Over 270km of pistes to ski, and over 80 lifts taking you to Flaine, Les Carroz, Samoens,Sixt, with beautiful views of Mount Blanc. Les Gets and Morzine only 25 minutes away. A great location for both winter and summer holidays, a good base for exploring the French Alps, with Chamonix, Mount Blanc, Geneva and Annecy all within an hour from the Studio. The Studio is ideally located within the small complex, adjacent to the Gondola station within the village of Morillon. Superb location for all ages. Young families love the location as very little walking required. You can ski down to the complex, snow canons allow . The Gondola station is very quiet and operates from 8.45 - 5.30pm For summer holidays there are many outdoor activities to participate in if you wish. Heated outdoor swimming pool at Samoens, parks, golf, walking, mountain biking, paragliding, tennis centre, white water rafting, horse riding, fishi Outside: Outside there is a lawned area for picnics and BBQ's in the summer.
