The apartment is finished to a very high standard with quality furnishings throughout. It has everything that you need for a self catering holiday.

We would like all our guests to enjoy the apartment as much as we do. We chose the apartment for its view and for the large balcony, as Cypriot life is all about being outside. Whether you are sun bathing or having a BBQ whilst watching the sun go down, the balcony gives you the space to relax and unwind.

Don't overlook this apartment

We visited Cyprus in Feb/Mar 2015 for a bit of winter sunshine, and were very pleased to have found this apartment. The photographs are exactly as you will find the apartment. Everything was spotless when we arrived.

The apartment is very well equipped, with so much more than "the basics" we have found in other apartments we have rented. The wi-fi was very handy, and the TV system enabled us to watch UK TV (the system was a little complicated to start with, but we soon got the hang of it!!)

The bedrooms (one king and one twin) had plenty of wardrobe space, and there was certainly no shortage of coat hangers. The bathroom had a shower in the bath, and the water pressure was better than some places we have stayed. We had to use the immersion heater on a few occasions, but this would not be necessary in warmer months, and a 30 minute boost was all that was required for the three of us to have a nice hot shower.

We were accompanied by my 84 year old Mum, who coped well with the four small flights of stairs (internal) to the apartment.

And so to the real draw of this apartment, the huge balcony. Having been regular visitors to Cyprus for the last 30+ years, we were not here for sightseeing, we were here for some winter sunshine. We were blessed with some excellent weather and spent a great deal of time lazing on the sunbeds (there are 5) on the balcony. There is plenty of room for the table and six chairs which are also on the balcony. Plenty of umbrellas are provided to provide shade which will be very important in the summer months.

Sue was very helpful in all of the booking process, we had an issue with the TV whilst we were there but quick e-mail to Sue resolved the issue vin a few minutes. I'm sure you will find it reassuring to know that Sue will respond quickly there if you need some assistance.

The apartment was in a good location, and the complex itself was very quiet, although this may not be the case in higher season. The pool area was well maintained, but we did not use it. There are plenty of restaurants in Peyia and nearby Coral Bay, but a car is essential to make the most of everything. We particularly recommend Savvas Grill, Phidias Tavern and Yialos Tavern.

Sue's apartment may not be the cheapest one you will find, but the well equipped apartment, the huge balcony and the quiet location with easy access will make it worth every penny.

This will certainly be our first choice when we visit again in 2016.

Excellent stay in Peyia

Well what can we say? We have now been to Cyprus five times, and can honestly say this is the property we would (will!) return to. Everything was as described or better, and the welcome find of water and milk in the fridge was a lovely touch for a late night arrival. Sue was attentive and prompt at all stages, and contacted us with a minor issue with the washing machine, which turned out to be nothing. The apartment was indeed spacious and spotless, the air conditioning very effective although not always needed due to the refreshing light breeze. As the property has windows to 3 sides, and window screens, we were able to enjoy the fresh air. We spent hours on the massive roof terrace - from breakfast overlooking the views of the sea and the mountains, to midday lunch between trips to the beach and sightseeing, then pre dinner glasses of wine by candlelight, and for those of us not ready for bed, after our return. The beds are super comfortable, the equipment and utensils etc of good quality, and what a boon to have Wifi and TV that actually works! The communal pool was clean and plenty big enough, and the covered car parking space very useful. Nice to get into a cool car! All our favourite restaurants in Peyia and Coral Bay were a five minute car ride away, and Paphos approx 25 mins. Local supermarket Phillipos seems to have grown, and their bakery rivals the local store. If you could be bothered to eat in at night, everything you need is available there. We didn't, but the BBQ looked tempting! We would recommend this property to our friends and family as long as they can manage the two flights of stairs, and have access to a car. Thank you to Sue for sharing it with us, by the way we felt the cost very reasonable.

Spectacular Views

We have stayed in this apartment on numerous occasions and it never fails to live up to our expectations and more. We particularly like the ability to eat al fresco with the spectacular views in all directions. The location is perfect for visiting numerous other places, we always hire a car. The owners have been very helpful, particularly when they have sourced new restaurants and new places to visit , this information has been passed on to us. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous property!

We had a truly wonderful time in this apartment. Its comfortable and very well equipped. The balcony is simply stunning and we spent many evenings sat outside star gazing. The pool is gorgeous. A super property which made for our best holiday in years.

Fantastic Holiday Retreat

This apartment is wonderful, bright,modern,airy and comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable and there is everything you will need for a fantastic holiday.

Location is peaceful, yet close enough to Coral Bay to get the best of both worlds. The large balcony is a definite plus with wonderful views of the coastline.

Can't wait to come back this year!!

Beautiful apartment

This apartment was perfect for us. Beautiful views of the mountains and the sea from the balcony. Lovely, spacious and clean. A very peaceful setting and an ideal location, close to coral bay. Hiring a car was definitely worth while. Local food was delicious, especially from the restaurants recommended in the file in the apartment. Will definitely visit again!

From the Owner

Cyprus has a long summer which makes it the ideal location for a holiday home. You find that each season is different and visiting at various times of the year shows Cyprus in its true glory. From the heat of the summer to the sunny winter days it means that you can change your activities to match the weather. The apartment is in a small village and gives you the peace and quiet to relax in, but you are close enough to a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, bars, shops etc. should you want to be out and about.

The nearest beach to the apartment is found at Coralia Bay Apartments which is a 5 minute drive down the road. You can also try the blue flag beach of Coral Bay. You will find sunbeds/umbrellas for hire and some of the beaches have changing facilities and toilets. There are plenty of water sports to be enjoyed including jet skis.


The nearest airport to the apartment is Paphos which is 45 minutes away. You can also fly into Larnaca airport, which is approximately 1.5 hours away.

A hire car is recommended to enable you to get the most out of your holiday, however, good bus routes are now available.


The apartment is ideally located with bakery, banks, supermarkets, chemist, bars a restaurants a short walk/drive away. Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive down the road, where you will find a large choice of restaurants. A half hour drive will find you in Kato Paphos where there are plenty of shops and cafés/restaurants and a scenic coastal walk along the new pathway.

Further Details:

Local attractions are the wonderful sandy beaches, the beautiful harbour at Kato Paphos, the historical town of Paphos and the ancient ruins, Aphrodite’s Rock and water and animal parks. There is also horse riding and go karting close by. Tennis, squash and spa facilities can be found in a number of the hotels. The Akamas National Park is a 15 minute drive away with stunning scenery. Ideal for walking in the cooler months.

The Troodos mountains are ideal for a day out, especially in the hot months as the air is always cooler. The scenery is spectacular with the roads winding through traditional villages.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Guests will be able to access the apartment from 2.00pm and latest departure time is 11.00 am. These times are flexible if there is no one in the apartment prior to or after you.

Prices are in sterling for up to 4 people. Extra guests will be charged £20.00 per person per week.

  • Notes on accommodation: Wifi access available free of charge. The tv uses Internet access to view UK channels. All of the rooms are fully air conditioned with a ceiling fan in the lounge and free standing portable fans for use where required. The air conditioning can be used as heating in the cooler months. Coat hangers and a hair-dryer are provided. There is a Welcome Book giving you plenty of information regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. You will also find books and games for use during your stay. You will find a safe in the wardrobe of the main bedroom. You will be given the access codes at the time of booking. Outside: There is a shared swimming pool within the complex for use by residents. This is surrounded by a paved area where loungers/chairs can be placed. The pool is not heated. There are beautifully landscaped gardens within the complex. The large balcony has sunshine from early morning and you can watch the sunset over the hills in the evening. There are two parasols to provide shade if needed. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and all bath, hand and tea towels are included. Weekly linen/towel change for 2 week holidays. Midstay linen change/clean for holidays less than 2 weeks can be arranged at an extra charge.
