A lovely modern 3 bedroom, two bathroom first floor apartment situated on the beautiful marina of Cala D'Or with lovely views of the passing boats. It is in a small community of just 12 apartments. It has air conditioning. TV, communal pool and sunbeds. It is just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Cala D'or and the beach of Cala D'or and Cala Gran. There are bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

The entire apartment is on one level throughout Outside: From the dining area is a covered terrace with coffee table and armchairs and dining table. The terrace overlooks the pool and across to the marina. The apartment provides 6 sunbeds and a parasol around the pool. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided. Bookings of 14 days will have full change of linen and towels mid-stay. Please remember to bring your own beach towels as the ones provided may get stained and damaged with the sand and sun. Other: Covered terrace with seating with charming views over the pool to the Marina of Cala D'Or.

Great apartment, lovely pool.

Great flat, local to main parts of Cala d'Or... plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to hand.

All Beds made up ready for us, towels all clean. Took us a while to find the guide to the flat, but Carmen promptly visited to explain things once we'd emailed her.

Pool was pretty much to ourselves, so fabulous for family. Beds around pool numbered so need to look for A3 on them.

The nearest beach is Cala D'or Beach and it is just a 5 minute walk away. All the other beaches are in easy walking distance.


Palma de Mallorca airport is 60 km / 45mins drive. A car is not needed at this accommodation but taxi transfers can be arranged. Please ask Wendy.


The local bus service up and along the East Coast runs throughout the day every day, taking such resorts as :

Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona, Cala Millor.

The buses to Plama runs several times a day for under 10 Euros and is worth visiting

Felantix market on Sundays. It is nearby, cheap to get to and has everything you could possible want to see and to by. San Salvador monastery is only 10 mins away by car and also worth a view. Santanyi markets are Weds. and Sat.

Further Details:

The high-street with all banks, shops and restaurants are approx 5 mins walking. Bars and restaurants are immediately on the marina.

Last minute bookings 100% on booking. Cancellations : Up to 8 weeks - 10 % cancellation charge. 4 - 8 weeks - 50 % of rate refunded. 2 - 4 weeks 25 % of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks: no refund. Please ask Mia for payment procedures. Cleaning arrival/departure + weekly linen change included.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day : the house must be vacated by 12:00hrs am may be occupied at 15:00 hrs. Please be patient as only 3 hours are available for cleaning. the day is flexible at this point due to flights.
