Frontline 3 Bedroom Apartment in Santa Ponsa Mallorca. Front Line, SeaView, Pool, AC. Next to Beach & Shops.

This beachside 3 bedroom frontline apartment has spectacular uninterrupted views over Santa Ponsa Bay and Beach. Access to the beach itself is via a private gate from the Pool area. The Xaloc V Apartment complex has a large pool and tropical gardens. The apartment itself sleeps 8 people in three big double bedrooms. There are shops, banks and supermarkets to the rear of the complex only a few meters walk away. The Beach is only 25 meters and is accessed via a private gate which can only be used by residents and guests.There are stunning south facing views from the apartment, the pool and the Gardens over the main beach and across Santa Ponsa bay. The apartment has a large balcony with dining table and reclining chairs. In addition the flat has hot&cold Air Conditioning. If you want to travel afield then the Taxi rank is 100 meters and the central bus station for Santa Ponsa only 300meters. Buses go every 20 minutes to Palma in the main season. Santa Ponsa has a safe, family-friendly sandy beach with a full range of water-sports including pedalos, Jet skis, banana rides, waterskiing, parasailing. The large Catamaran day trip boats board from the boat jetty by the apartment complex and visit the quiet and exclusive bays around Mallorca. Everything is walkable from the apartment and the restaurants and bars range from the 'cheap and cheerful' to the exclusive. The town arranges a large number of fiestas through the year with firework displays, markets, fairs and parades designed to provide cultural interest for both locals and tourists. A rental car is not really necessary as there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs etc on the doorstep. If you do rent a car then public or private parking is available. The apartment is child friendly with a travel cots and high chairs (at a small rental fee) and the building also has lifts and ramps for buggies.

The apartment is ideal for young or 'mature' but particularly popular with families as it has direct private access to the beach as well as a private tropical garden and a large pool with both a shallow end with gentle steps, and a deep end. The apartment sleeps 8 in three large, airy bedrooms and family and friends regularly stay with us in the apartment. A rental car is not really necessary as there are loads of shops, restaurants, taxi ranks, cafes and bars etc on the doorstep. If you have a car then there is public parking 200m away or alternatively private secure parking adjacent to the apartment is available at small extra cost.

Why Blair chose Calvia

Santa Ponsa has a really safe, large sandy beach with loads of water-sports. The resort has plenty to offer children, families and adults with parks, sports facilities, dance clubs. Everything is walk able from the apartment and the restaurants and bars range from the cheap and cheerful to the exquisite at the marina. The local town council arrange plenty of fiestas through the year with firework displays, circuses, fairs and parades to provide cultural interest. A rental car is not really necessary as there are loads of shops, restaurants, taxi ranks, clubs etc on the doorstep. If you have a car then there is public parking 200m away or alternatively private secure parking adjacent to the apartment is available at small extra cost.

The apartment is ideal for both family and couple holidays as it has direct private access to the beach as well as a private tropical garden and a large pool. The apartment sleeps 8 in three big bedrooms and family and friends regularly stay with us in the apartment. The kitchen and utility room is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, hob, cooker, microwave, washing machine. There is sky TV and stunning views over the beach and bay from the balcony.

The apartment is 3 floors up so not a problem for those who are nervous of heights.

Outside: 20m by 10m communal pool. With wide access steps, hand rails and shallow end suitable for children and toddlers. Outside pool shower, foot shower and toilets. Very private, well-maintained tropical gardens. Direct and private access to the main Santa Ponsa Sandy Beach from the gardens. Stunning views from the pool and gardens right down the bay and out to sea. Lighting to all outside areas. The beach access is locked at 10pm for residents' security and privacy. Pool has pleasant underwater mood lighting at night. Utility Room: Combined washing machine/tumble drier, and extra fridge. Cleaning items including brush and hoover. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen is provided along with 6 bath towels. please provide your own towels for use by the pool and beach. Other: Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed to sleep a third person. Bedroom 1 has two baby's travel cots.

Excellent property with superb location

This property didn't let us down at all. It was exactly as described and had everything you would need in a holiday apartment. It was clean, tidy and well furnished - as was the whole building. The location was first class - out the front door and you are pretty much in the centre of Santa Ponsa, out the private back gate and you are two minutes from the beach! (In fact, the jetty where boat trips leave from is just along from the back gate.) The rooms are all a good size and the balcony is south-facing and overlooks the whole bay. The garden and pool are very well maintained and were never too busy during our stay - there is also a table tennis table in a shaded area! There are loads of shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and its not much further to get buses/taxis to the airport, Palma, Magaluf etc.

The owners were very accessible and easy to deal with and we would certainly return.

Simply the best.

We just love this place💖?

The view, the proper building, the lovely garden and pool, easy acces to the beach.

Very nice apartment and very spacious. We stayed 7 people. Oldest 76 and youngest 9 years.

We did have execellent mail correspondence with Helen and Blair from beginning and to the end.

We very much recommend this apartment - it is simply the best and we certainly will be back.

Spacious, good location, convenient, stunning views

Good size apartment for 6 people. A good base that enhanced our experience, whether you stay in and cook for yourself or the convenience of decent eating out within walking distance. Air con and fans were a godsend for the tempuratures that we saw. Stunning views and gardens. Convience of everything on your door step. Pool was a joy to use, especially after spending sometime on the beach.

The beach is a decent size especially in this area, the bay offers good protection from the elements. The weather appears to be kinder here and the sea calmer. The apartments do appear to be a cut above the rest in the area and some of the best located for our requirement of no driving required.

Superior apartment with glorious sea view

This apartment is fabulous! It is spacious, modern and well kept, with a good sized balcony overlooking Santa Ponca's bay. We have stayed here twice and it has spoiled us for anywhere else.

Lovely home from home but with views to die for

This apartment is brilliantly situated in the lovely resort of Santa Ponsa overlooking the beach and bay. It's very central for all amenities including a well equipped supermarket just across the road and lots of restaurants and bars very close by. The apartment is spotless and has three double bedrooms with ample space and a lovely large balcony. The pool area was clean and very tidy surrounded by well kept gardens.Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Great communication from the owners with an excellent information pack provided by them. I would definitely consider renting this place again.
