Frontline Apartment in Mallorca: Beach Side 3 Bedroom Apartment With Air Conditioning & Heating. Stunning Views.

Beachside 3 bed frontline apartment with private access to beach. Large private pool and tropical gardens. The apartment Sleeps 8 in three big double bedrooms. Shops, banks and supermarket are a 10meter walk. The Beach is 25meters and accessed via a private gate for residents and guests only.There are stunning south facing views over beach and Santa Ponsa bay. There is a large balcony with dining table and chairs. The apartment has hot/cold Air con. The Taxi rank is 100meters, The central bus station 300meters. Santa Ponsa has a safe, family-friendly sandy beach with a full range of water-sports. Everything is walkable from the apartment and the restaurants and bars range from the cheap and cheerful to the exquisite. The town arranges plenty of fiestas through the year with firework displays, markets, fairs and parades to provide cultural interest. A rental car is not really necessary as there are loads of shops, restaurants, taxi ranks, clubs etc on the doorstep. If you do rent a car then public or private parking is available. The apartment is child friendly with a travel cot, and the building has lifts and ramps.

About the Owner

We are a professional couple, with a primary school age son. The apartment is ideal for the retired age group or for family holidays as it has direct private access to the beach as well as a private tropical garden and a large pool. The apartment sleeps 8 in three big bedrooms and family and friends regularly stay with us in the apartment. A rental car is not really necessary as there are loads of shops, restaurants, taxi ranks, clubs etc on the doorstep. If you have a car then there is public parking 200m away or alternatively private secure parking adjacent to the apartment is available at small extra cost.

Superior apartment with glorious sea view

This apartment is fabulous! It is spacious, modern and well kept, with a good sized balcony overlooking Santa Ponca's bay. We have stayed here twice and it has spoiled us for anywhere else.

Lovely home from home but with views to die for

This apartment is brilliantly situated in the lovely resort of Santa Ponsa overlooking the beach and bay. It's very central for all amenities including a well equipped supermarket just across the road and lots of restaurants and bars very close by. The apartment is spotless and has three double bedrooms with ample space and a lovely large balcony. The pool area was clean and very tidy surrounded by well kept gardens.Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Great communication from the owners with an excellent information pack provided by them. I would definitely consider renting this place again.

Perfection!

The photos of this accommodation did NOT do it justice. Pristinely clean, stylish, and the en suite for the main bedroom was especially gorgeous. The positioning for the beach and shops, was utterly perfect, and trust me, we explored the 'cliff' path outside and nearby apartment blocks and hotels paled in comparison. The main entrance is at the quieter end of the main street at Santa Ponsa which despite getting lively at the noisy end - we heard NOTHING, and we were pretty early to bed. The restaurant directly next door, was excellent also. Across the road and around 25m to the right as you leave the building is a 24 hr supermarket, so emergency coffee, milk, drinking water was no issue whatsoever. The private garden and pool area, we pretty much had to ourselves for the majority of our stay and it was immaculate, quiet and beautifully kept. The highlight of the holiday for me (Mrs Jon Ball) was my morning coffee sat on the balcony/terrace and watching the beach come alive, and the early morning cormorants fishing for their breakfast - I'm still missing that now :-(

Perfect!

Very nice apartment, clean and well-maintained. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which was in the shade all day and had a beautiful view. The owner did provide good customer service. I would highly recommend this property.

Plenty of space and fantastic view

Really nice and well equiped apartment with plenty of space for a family of 5-6 persons. Fantastic view and a nice pool area that never ended up being crowded. Only 15 minutes on a bike and you reach the first mountains. I can highly recomend the apartment.

Santa Ponsa has a really safe, large sandy beach with loads of water-sports. The resort has plenty to offer children, families and adults with parks, sports facilities, dance clubs. Everything is walk able from the apartment and the restaurants and bars range from the cheap and cheerful to the exquisite at the marina. The local town council arrange plenty of fiestas through the year with firework displays, circuses, fairs and parades to provide cultural interest. A rental car is not really necessary as there are loads of shops, restaurants, taxi ranks, clubs etc on the doorstep. Cycling:

Santa Ponsa is a major base for cyclists in autumn, winter and spring. Good access to high speed flat coastal routes as well as the mountain passes makes Santa Ponsa an ideal training base for both professionals and amateurs alike. The team GB olympic and Sky cycling teams frequently base themselves here.

GOLF

Golfing is a major sport in Mallorca and Santa Ponsa is home to the island's largest Golf Club. The Santa Ponsa Country club has 3 courses and welcomes visitors. With 3 courses it is always possible to get a game of golf.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is directly below the apartment and accessed via a private gate. Only residents and guests can gain access to the apartment complex through the beach gate.

Travel:

Palma airport is 20 mins by taxi.

The apartment is in Santa Ponsa town centre but because it faces the beach it is very quiet.

Distances:

Shops, restaurants, supermarket, taxi rank, parks, sports facilities, banks, etc are all behind the apartment complex and walkable.

The apartment sleeps 8 in three big bedrooms and family and friends regularly stay with us in the apartment. The kitchen and utility room is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, hob, cooker, microwave, washing machine. There is sky TV and stunning views over the beach and bay from the balcony. The apartment is 3 floors up so not a problem for those who are nervous of heights.

Very private, well-maintained tropical gardens. Direct and private access to the main Santa Ponsa Sandy Beach from the gardens. Stunning views from the pool and gardens right down the bay and out to sea. Lighting to all outside areas. The beach access is locked at 10pm for residents' security and privacy. Pool has pleasant underwater mood lighting at night. Utility Room: Combined washing machine/tumble drier, and extra fridge. Cleaning items including brush and hoover. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen is provided along with 6 bath towels. please provide your own towels for use by the pool and beach. Other: Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed to sleep a third person. Bedroom 1 has two baby's travel cots.
