About Ger O'Sullivan

We are a couple who have holidayed in France regularly over the past 25 years, much of it with our children. Within the past 12 years, it has been invariably in the Languedoc region. In 2007 we bought a house to use as a regular family base. Puisserguier proved to be the ideal place given its proximity to so many places. It is a typical French village with good amenities.

Ger O'Sullivan purchased this villa in 2007

Beautiful townhouse in a great location for a family to relax and explore the Languedoc.

  • 5 of 5

The house was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. It was within a very easy drive from Beziers airport, located in a nice, quiet town well situated to explore this beautiful, unspoiled area of France. The pool and courtyard garden were idyllic and a great place to spend an afternoon or evening swimming, reading and dining. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area - interesting towns, river swimming, hiking, beaches, cycling and canoeing to name but a few and all within a stones throw of numerous vineyards. We hope to return soon!

An oasis of calm in the south of France

  • 5 of 5

My stay in this property greatly surpassed my expectations! This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Languedoc. The house itself is a spacious residence comfortably accomadating eight adults. It has period features combined with modern conveniences like a swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The owner of the property provides clearly written instructions on the amenities within the house and local restaurants, pubs and places to visit. The house was spotlessly clean and a local caretaker answered any questions we had. Having stayed in the region on a number of occasions this property is one of the best we have come across. It is a real gem in a quiet non touristy town ideal for those looking for a peaceful but interesting place to stay. I strongly recommend this property!
