With marble floors and air conditioning throughout, this luxury apartment is fully furnished to a high specification which suits contemporary living. Mainstream UK TV channels are included, 4g WiFi packages are avalable with a small rental charge. Within easy reach of the local facilities, there is a choice of many golf courses, popular sandy beaches, tapas bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Nikki Beach, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Mijas are just a few of the many famous attractions available along with excellent shopping. The apartment is in a secure private development with a garage space and within easy access of the major road network. The beach and Las Chapas shops can be reached in a 20 minute walk. The Elviria Commercial centre is a 35 minute walk or 10 minutes drive away.

We had a great stay at this apartment which was clean and serviced well.

The directions were clear to get to the property and only 10 minutes from Marbella .A car is essential to get about as it is hilly and a car ride away to the nearest beach which was the golden beach . The swimming pool was lovely and clean and used very little which made us feel as if it was ours . The area is peaceful and quiet which made our stay all the better ! Thank you .

A car can an advantage for touring, although following the walking route we suggest, beaches, a choice of restaurants, and shops can be walked to in 20 minutes. Public transport by train, taxi, or bus provides a relaxing alternative.

vacations in a wonderful apartment

We stayed 22 days in Elviria (on july 2016), living in this spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. situated in the hills of Elviria . From the great balcony you have a nice view on the mountains of Marbella and on the sea from the left part . If you don't like to swim in the sea , you have a choice of four 6 pools.(one was in refection during our stay). The place is very quiet, and well situated, only 12 mn by car from Marbella ! If you want, you also can reach the beach by walk going down the hill !! Sincerely this a very nice place and we really recommend it .

A wonderful stay in a beautiful, well equipped apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and were impressed by how spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated it was.

The owners provided lots of information and useful directions.

Elviria is lovely and the nearby Lidl is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need, including a very good bakery for fresh bread and croissants and some lovely riojas!

Elviria is within walking distance but very hilly so would recommend a car if you have children or walking difficulties.

The grounds were immaculate and the pools were clean and a good size (if a little cold in May!)

As we hired a car we found elviria very central for sightseeing. Marbella was about 10 mins away. Puerto banus was about 15mins. We also visited mijas pueblo, fuengirola and even Gibraltar which were all between 30-60 mins away!

Overall would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment *****

We have just returned from a one month stay , and I can honestly we did not want to come home ,, what a fab apartment, the lounge area is really lovely with great views of the mountains whilst watching Tv . the balcony is huge with plenty of places to sit in the afternoon sun, the views also from the balcony are stunning, sea to the left, mountains straight ahead , and the lovely green hills to the right , you could sit on the balcony all day just looking at the view,

The large bedroom is fab with a very comfy bed for an excellent night's sleep, and, The two bathrooms also being an added bonus, .

The kitchen is very well equipped with every utensil you could think of , (especially the salad spinner) I have had to go out and but one I loved it that much!!

Everything about the apartment was just as the photos , really fab, and very quiet and peaceful just as we like it !,

We would not hesitate to return and hopefully we are soon , and would definitely recommend this luxury apartment to our friends .

Lovely well kept apartment

I was very pleased with the apartment, it was very clean and nicely furnished. It was exactly like the photographs on the website. Only minutes away from shops and restaurants. Will certainly recommend to my friends. Couldn't wish for better.

Perfect location and lovely apartment very peacefu

My parents live in Elvira so wanted to be close to them. After looking at a few I chose this one as was impressed by the size of the rooms and the choice of pools and no steps up to the apartment. When we arrived it was spotless and the view from the balcony is stunning. The grounds and pools are well looked after daily. If you're looking for some peace and quiet would highly recommend it. John and Katie were brilliant providing information on all we needed to know. You would definitely need a car to get about. Would definitely book it again 😀😀

We agree a car is an advantage for those who wish to tour the area, although beaches, a choice of restaurants, and shops can be walked to in 20 minutes following the route on the maps we provide. We can also provide information submitted by one of our guests, detailing easy transfer from Malaga Airport using a combination of train & taxi, or train, taxi and bus.

Car: recommended


Less than 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk (2 km) to the nearest beach, the prestigious Golden Beach, which owing to its soft golden sands many consider to be the best beach in Marbella.

The 5* Estrella del Mar and Don Carlos hotels both offer relaxation areas, wellness and spa, and dining facilities.

Also a number of restaurants which offer open terraces for dining al fresco are located closeby including the world famous Nikki Beach and the Beach House.
