This two bedroom, second floor, apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing Spanish holiday. Whether you’re after lazy days by the pool or looking to get out and about, the location of this apartment offers the best of both, with local towns such as Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona, Benahavis and San Pedro on your doorstep. In addition, the apartment’s best feature has to be the private large roof terrace which gets the sun all day and well into the evening – perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining! If you’re feeling sociable you can venture from your roof terrace downstairs to the communal pool area, which has a great poolside bar with a lovely community feel. The pool has an ideal shallow section for young children. The apartment is two minutes walk away from Santa Marta Beach. In addition there are more great beaches further up and down the coast, such as Pepes Beach.

Why Tom Marren chose Estepona area

I own this apartment with my brother, it is a family holiday home that we let out for other families to enjoy. Our parents have a town house only 200 yards away which they bought in 1983. We grew up holidaying in this area and took the opportunity to buy this apartment so our children can do the same.

What makes this apartment unique

We bought this apartment because of its location - it's perfect for peaceful holidays with lots of places to eat and drink locally, but then has great access to so many local towns and cities.

It's position means the roof terrace benefits from undisturbed sunshine, although we have a sun awning installed so you can shade the terrace area if needed.

It is also only a two minute walk to the local beach and just stumbling distance from a great variety of bars and restaurants, although it's worth pointing out that they are far enough away that you won't be disturbed back at the apartment.

This really is a great place for couples and families to holiday.

In addition to the reservation deposit, a damage deposit of £100 is charged at the time of each reservation and will be returned in full within 14 days after departure, provided no loss or damage has been incurred and the property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
