A large well stocked galley kitchen leads out to the secluded private garden. The garden is an extra living area, a welcome cool area in summer, such an amenity for that outdoor meal al fresco or a secluded area to read your book. Open plan living room with patio doors to front terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch. Excellent location at the end of Boulevard Carnot, situated in a quiet street Rue Jean Goujon, close to the Palais de Justice. 7 mins from the Conference Centre and the beach area. All amenities within walking distance, supermarket 2 mins away, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, & Nice Airport Coach bus stops at Hotel de Ville in the centre of Cannes, and you can get a taxi up to Boulevard Carnot and Villa Aurelie, or 1ts a 10 minute walk to Rue Jean Goujon. Or get off at busstop Paul Dormier on Boulevard Carnot, and walk down past the Palais de Justice, turn right at the lights into Rue Jean Goujon, about a 12 minute walk. On your return for the Aircoach Express its at Quay 7, outside the Gare, train station. just 5 minutes away. A car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance. Parking can be provided. Check out the parking dimentions with your car, as large modern cars werent invented when parking spaces were built 30 years ago. Should you wish to travel to other towns or villages, the local bus service is excellent & very reasonable with bus tickets at €1.50 per trip, per person, one way. Or a 10 journey bus ticket is available from the newsagents for €10, better value.

Lovely apartment in great location

We arrived to a lovely clean welcoming apartment in a great location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Cannes.

The owners provided lots of useful information prior to arrival.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a central place in a good yet quiet location.

A lovely apartment in a great location

We spent a very enjoyable holiday in this nice apartment in Cannes

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped

It was spotlessly clean and obviously well maintained

It had a nice "cosy" feel about it

We had breakfast each morning on the terrace, which gets the sun all day long. It was great to have good WiFi to keep in touch with the outside world

We felt perfectly safe in the apartment .

Located in Rue Gougon it is only a short walk to the beach and the main shopping streets, It is also close to the train station. We visited Antibes , Monte Carlo and St-Paul-de-Vence. The owner provided lots of useful information , including restaurant recommendations. We liked the rather quirky

La Brouette de Grand-Mere ( your grandmothers wheel-barrow ! ) The owner also provided plenty of towels and bedclothes

All in all and excellent apartment which helped make our visit to Cannes so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this apartment to a friend or relative

Charming apartment in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the Villa Aurelie very much. It is well located, especially for arrival/departure on the airport bus from Nice, also for drivers coming off the A8 motorway. The beaches, shopping streets and the old town (Suquet) are all within walking distance of this apartment. The local bus service is excellent and buses from the nearby bus stop go to local villages such as old Cannet and surrounding towns such as Valbonne, Mougins and Grasse.

The apartment has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi and is very well equipped with everything you could need, including dishwasher, washing machine, full cooker, microwave and hairdryer. It has the added bonus of outdoor space to the front and back; a sunny terrace to the front and a secluded back garden which is a tranquil and relaxing space. The street and the building are quiet and we felt that the apartment was very safe and secure. The owners had given us useful information in advance about local attractions and restaurants and provided details (in the apartment) of how to operate the TV, internet/Wi-Fi connection and all household appliances. We would happily recommend this apartment to friends and family - it is comfortable, well located, well equipped and secure.

We fell in love with the area, South of France and saw Cannes as an excellent base to tour the area. The numerous places that it was possible to visit on each occasion, making each trip a very differentand enjoyabe experience. Also at any time of the year it is possible to visit Cannes, its not just a seasonable location, its enjoyable year round.

Nearest Airport : Nice at 35 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Boulevard Carnot at 50 Metres Nearest Train : GARE SNCF at 5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A4 at 5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Boulevard Cafe at 50 Metres Nearest Beach : La Croisette, Cannes at 7 Kilometres Car: not necessary


Beach area approximately 8 minutes walk away.


The nearest airport is Nice. By Aircoach Express the travel time is approx 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. The Bus Stop for this Bus is at the Town Hall, you can get the bus outside the Hotel Cavendish, down to the Town Hall, and then get the Express Bus to Nice Airport. Your options on arrival into Cannes, would be to get off the bus at busstop Paul Dormier, and walk down to the Palais de Justice, and cross the road at the traffic lights, into Rue Jean Goujon. Or Alternatively, go to the Town Hall, and Cross the Road and get the No 1 bus up Boulevard Carnot, get off at the scooter shop, on Boulevard Carnot, the first stop once you go up the hill and cross the rapid road. Head back up Boulevard Carnot to the traffic lights and turn right into Rue Jean Goujon. The apartment is the first block of apartments on the left hand side. Villa Aurelie. A car is not necessary as the train and bus service are very efficient, reasonable and close by. Each bus trip is €1.50 pay the driver on the bus. Or you can buy a booklet of 10 tickets for €10. at the newsagents on the opposite side of the road to the toy shop.

You can also get the train from Nice Station to Cannes, turn right as you come out of the station, go up the hill past Monoprix, cross the rapid road, up Boulevard Carnot , past the scooter shop to the next set of traffic lights, and turn right into Rue Jean Goujon.


The apartment is 6 minutes away from the train station making this an excellent location for travelling along the coast & inland.

It is the only apartment located on this floor, the RDC. Secure underground parking can be requested apply for details. Terrace to front and private secluded garden to rear. It has an excellent location 7 mins from the Conference Centre/Tourist Office. Train station 6 mins away and bus stop for coach to Nice Airport is 2 mins away. Outside: Front terrace with table and 2 chairs for dining al fresco. The terrace has a colourful display of colourful pots of flowers and area planted with shrubs. The private secluded back garden has shrubs and flowers and table and 6 chairs, for eating al fresco. Its like an extra cool outside room in summer.
