Villa in La Marina, Costa Blanca, Spain - Quiet Location Close To Shops, Bars And Restaurants, 5 Minute Drive To Beach

Lovely 3 bedroom detached villa with a large private pool (10mx5m) and several terraces. Quiet area but only 10 minutes walk from numerous shops, bars and restaurants. English and Spanish TV channels available. Wi-Fi broadband and air conditioning are included.

Bedroom one has a double bed with built-in wardrobes and a chest of draws, a ceiling fan and air conditioning

Bedroom two has twin beds with built-in wardrobes and a chest of draws, a ceiling fan and air conditioning

Bedroom three has two large bunk beds with built-in wardrobes and a chest of draws and air conditioning.

The ground floor area flows really nicely from the entrance hall way with marble staircase through to the very well equipped kitchen and dining area and the lounge with large sliding doors on to the sun terrace.

There are 3 bicycles available for you to use as well as a set of golf clubs.

Fabulous property with open outlook, well situated on a pleasant resort with plenty of amenities within walking distance, even during the winter months, when we visited. We had sun from early morning to late evening with lots of beautiful sunsets.

There are plenty of supermarkets to get all your goodies, Lidl and Iceland a short distance away.

We had email contact with Peter throughout the booking period and he was extremely helpful.

The weather was very good for us for the whole of our rental (6 weeks), so no complaints there. A car would be useful to visit local attractions. In a very good area, accessible to lots of other popular resorts.

A clean and safe resort with lots to do.

Lovely, comfortable home from home

A perfect place to relax and unwind. A short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa was clean and comfy. The pool was a favourite with children and adults. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Best curry ever in Kumars....highly recommended!

Very warm and friendly welcome at the Final Whistle. Traditional Sunday roast next door (sorry-I can't remember the name!) but you need to book as it is so popular. A car is definitely a bonus as we got to go to Guardamat and Alicante beaches and a few other interesting places!!

Fantastic Villa central location

We were all very impressed with this villa. It had everything that you could want and more for our 2 week stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the dishwasher was great to have. We used the gas BBQ many times and ate outside every morning and every evening. All bedrooms have air conditioning which was needed. The pool is a great size and was well used by us all. There are enough chairs and sun loungers for everyone and Brolleys which were very much needed in the hot sun. There are plenty of places within a 10-15 minute walk to eat. The English chippy straight down the road was lovely and Kumars indian was fantastic and so reasonably priced. You do need a car if you want to explore the area. There are lots of lovely places within a 1 hour drive. This is the 1st time after out 2 weeks holiday were ovto find thater, none of us wanted to come home. And we were disappointed to find while we were in the villa it was already for next year. You won't be disappointed if you book this villa. The owner Peter, was very helpful, which does make a difference!

Superb Family Villa

We stayed for two weeks in this fantastic villa. The pool is a very good size and perfect for the children and adults alike. We enjoyed many meals sat at the large table by the pool. If you are into cooking your own meals as we are then you will find the kitchen well equipped ( more than most holiday villas) with more than enough plates and cutlery If you like to eat out there are some very good restaurants within walking distance.The whole villa has a very nice homely feel and was clean and well maintained. The agents at la marina are excellent, very helpful and professional. Overall we were very happy with every aspect of this villa.

Stayed in the villa for 6 days,we were blessed with lovely weather.Pool and surrounding area lean and very spacious with an outside eating area .Pool was lovely although a little chilly it was well used and kept spotless (thanks Lee) .Kitchen well stocked everything you could want ,living area and another dining area.One bedroom and bathroom down and 2 more bedrooms up and family bathroom.Another seating are on upstairs sun terrace .Villa location excellent only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants and supermarket.We spent a great ST Georges day at the mini fiesta and weaved our way home.Villa very secure .Excellent stay will definatley be back
