A beautiful apartment

Having visited Elviria and the Marbella area in general for many years I knew that the area our apartment was located was off the beaten track and therefore knew that a car was essential for myself and my 2 children aged 10 & 12 and their 2 cousins of similar age. La Mairena is 7 mins from Elviria (7kms). The drive up the hills is not taxing at all and the views are stunning, looking right down over the coast below. This is an upmarket area and the approach roads are very good. The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet complex which is well maintained and of high build quality. It was very clear that the owners of our apartment are lovers of interiors and design and took great care to furnish and decorate their property with contemporary and comfortable soft furnishings and great colour schemes throughout. The apartment has everything a family needs down to the last kitchen utensil. We cooked in a lot and needed for nothing. Wifi (essential for any kids these days) satellite TV, a docking station for music and all mid cons are provided. Outside the living room is a lovely small garden replete with Orange and lemon trees. We we're meet by neighbours John and Christine who showed us around the property and helped us with any queries. They were so helpful, kind and lovely to our kids. The communal swimming pool is fantastic and well kept. If you're looking for a quiet, low-rise, modern and clean development in a lovely garden setting then I cannot recommend this property enough. It's safe and close to everything including renowned "Beach House" restaurant and some of the best beaches on the Costa. Marbella old town and the Puerto Banus are also within relatively short driving distances (15 and 25 mins respectively) Paul Moss at OwenersDirect was also a pleasure to deal with and accommodated my requirements exceptionally. It all sounds a bit too good to be true, but it is ! We'll be back.
