The complex is situated at the base of the Karpaz Peninsula and is perfect for exploring North Cyprus. Just a 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars and a short drive from the lovely harbor village of Bogaz and only a few Km from the historical city of Famagusta which features the 12th Century ruins of Salamis, Famagusta City Walls and Othello's Tower as well as magnificent churches and museums. This luxury three bedroom two bathroom apartment with private pool boasts beautiful sea, beach and mountain views. idyllic peaceful location. There is a large communal pool, Beach volleyball, free mini golf, children’s play area, BBQ area and pool bar. The complex has its own private beach with a decked area and sun beds.

The complex has a gym, spa, sauna, water slides, tennis, golf nets and pitch n putt, games room including 8ft pool table table tennis and PS4 and restaurant. It also has mountain bikes available to hire, Kayaks and paddle boards available to hire, idea for exploring the surrounding land and sea.

This is a beautiful area in north Cyprus with fantastic views. The apartment is located on the beach front overlooking the pool, sea and mountains. This is an area of unspoilt beauty which has not been overdeveloped but which is accessible by car to restaurants and bars located in Bafra which is 5 minute drive. This is an ideal holiday for those seeking peace and relaxation

What makes this apartment unique

The property is located on the beach with stunning sea and mountain views from the balcony. There is a large communal swimming pool with shallow sections for toddlers, separate Pool with Water Slides, a pool bar and BBQ area. There is a children's play area, games room (including PS4 and games and 8ft Pool table), Tennis court, trampoline, a mini golf chip and putt and golf driving nets, gym area, jacuzzi, massage therapist and sauna .

The apartment has everything to offer including oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron/iron board, washing machine and A/C units in all the rooms. Beach and bathroom towels are provided.

The transfer time from Larnaca airport is approximately 75 minutes by taxi and 45 minutes from Ercan airport. A large supermarket is about 10 minute drive, there are 2 mini supermarkets 5 minute drive. Car hire starts from £16 per day

A real home from home.

A lovely place to stay with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Kids were happy with both pools and the waterslides - beach is pretty but rocky in the water. Bar and restaurant perfect for days around the pool and husband made great use of the gym! Shop is basic but good for essentials and ice creams and staff all lovely.

Points to note: UK plug sockets so you don't need the euro adapter.

Double mattress has seen better days. Bit lumpy! Also, only one lamp had a bulb - but nothing major to spoil our stay.

Very easy to get around in the car (can't do without one to get to supermarket and restaurants) and a trip to the south for the waterpark was simply arranged with an email to the local hire car company (sur- very accomodating and helpful) - you can't cross border with cars hired from north and vice versa.

North Cyprus was a great place for a family holiday and Thalassa had everything we needed for a quiet break. We would definitely recommend this as a perfect holiday destination.

Great value for a beautiful resort. Owner responsive and quick to answer any questions.

Martin (the owner) was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. The property is beautiful. We were there early in the season so not quite all amenities were available (one of the pools was closed and they were in the process of setting up tennis court) but we were pleased with what was available. The staff was friendly and the on site restaurant served very good food. The only slight problem were the beds. The mattresses were thinner than I am accustomed too. I have back issues so that may have been part of the problem. Thank you Martin!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment. it is well equipped and very comfortable.

The apartment has everything you need for a self-catered holiday. The outside space is wonderful - the private pool is a fantastic bonus, we spent more time here than in the larger pool. The resort has lots to do including mini golf, paddle boards and a soon to be opened tennis court. A car is essential but this was made very clear to us and arranged helpfully by Martin. The contact we had before, during and after our stay was fantastic - Martin always responded within 24 hours. Overall we would highly recommend booking this apartment for a truly relaxing holiday.

perfect week

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The resort had everything we needed, it was quiet yet had lots of facilities; the staff were friendly. The part net was brilliant, much better then the photos suggest and the private pool was so cooling at all times of the day. The reosrt itself is obviously developing. The beach could be improved but I know there are plans to do this. We would definitely return, thank you for a wonderful week.

Very relaxing

This was our second time staying in Martins lovely apartment and will probably go back next year. After the hustle and bustle of everyday life its nice to relax somewhere so quiet and of the beaten track ! The site has lovely pools, gym and a little restaurant. A car is strongly recommended because it is a bit of a trek to the nearest shops, also would recommend travelling around a bit to see some of the wonderful things North Cyprus has on offer especially The Karpaz region to the far North of the island where we stayed in a beach bungalow for the night at Livana Bungalows, fantastic ! Also Alagadi beach is a must to see turtles being born (look out for the students from Exeter university in red shirts at 5pm every day on the beach) Nicosia is also a fantastic place to visit but gets very hot during the day so be warned !

All in all a lovely place to stay and I hope it stays as quiet and unspoilt as it is now for a long time to come.

Everything you need for a fantastic relaxing break

The apartment is very clean, spacious, modern and well-equipped. The air conditioning is spot-on and the pool just outside the living room sublime! From the terrace the beach is two minutes to your left and a superb free form swimming pool 2 minutes to your right! Great little restaurant is directly opposite. Overall, excellent value for money, fantastic place to relax and chill out - would highly recommend!

Coast/Beach:

This is a beach front apartment. Sandy beach also with decking area, sun loungers, Jetty and volley ball court. Bafra beach is just a short drive and includes beach bars, restaurants and water sports activities.

Travel:

Car hire is recommened and can be arranged.

Taxi transfer from Larnaca airport take approximately 1 hour

Taxi from Ercan airport takes approximately 45 minutes

Distances:

A few minute drive you will find Bafra public beach with the usual water sports & the very popular Zephyrs restaurant.

Bogaz is 15 minutes away. Here you will find a selection of beach front restaurants & bars. Continue another 15 minutes or so along the coastal road and you will reach the historic town of Famagusta.

Karpaz Peninsula -30 minutes away is one of the most unspoiled places anywhere in the Mediterranean, its north and eastern shores have some of the most beautiful deserted beaches.

Further Details:

There is a small shop 5 minutes away and a large super market in Bogaz which is about a 15 minute drive away.
