This was a truly lovely place to stay. My Husband and I felt extremely lucky to have found it. I don't think the photographs do it justice. Beautiful interior & contemporary. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, it was a joy to stay here and is an ideal base for exploring the nearby coast and beautiful beaches. Natalie was incredibly helpful with everything/anything we needed. The complimentary bottle of wine, magazines etc were lovely touches! Lovely comfortable property with balcony to view the water front and activities
Perfect position to view and acess the park and harbour and activities on the water and only minutes walk into poole town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Excellent holiday home.
The house was very clean and welcoming with tea and milk available for a much needed drink when we arrived. The vase of tulips was a nice touch as well.
The position of the house is excellent, overlooking Poole Harbour and having the balcony was an added bonus.
The house is ideally situated within, easy walking distance of the town and all amenities. The bus stop two doors away was useful, if you did not wish to walk into town.
Would recommend this house to any body, with or without a car.
The only thing missing was a welcome pack advising how to use the oven (if you are not used to an electric oven) and what day the dustmen collect the bins and where to place the bin for emptying. However, this did not affect our stay, we asked the neighbours.
Just had a lovely week away in this cosy house with magnificent views across Poole Harbour. Ideal location for exploring the area. We loved it and would not hesitate to book again. The owners were most helpful throughout the booking process. Highly recommended.

Other reviews have described this excellent , extremely clean and comfortable house . The abiding memory for my wife and myself is without doubt the most wonderful views from the first floor lounge with patio doors opening on to the balcony . First the immediate view of the lovely Park , followed by the stunning Harbour sights , then comes Brownsea Island and the gently rolling Purbeck hills with Old Harry Rocks in the distance . So full of interest, truly outstanding !
We really enjoyed our nine days in this house, helped by wonderful weather. The house is light and airy and is in a great location. Natalie was extremely helpful and efficient. Within easy walking distance of The Quay and the town and boats to Brownsea Island, which is well worth doing.

This property is located less than a 5 minute walk away from the spectacular Poole Quay, where in the summer you can see some amazing events take place. You can take a ferry to Studland Bay or Brownsea Island or a day cruise past Old Harry's rocks along the Jurassic coast to Swanage for some fossil hunting. You can charter a boat or rent a sailing dinghy. Within 30 minutes drive are many attractions for all the family-Adventure wonderland, Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Bournemouth and all its attractions. The New Forest with its wild ponies. Or you can visit the magnificent Corfe Castle and surrounding Purbeck Hills.

Hamworthy beach is approximately a 5 minute drive away.
Poole station is approx 1.5 miles. 8 miles to Bournemouth Airport. Half mile to Poole Ferry Port with ferries to France and Channel Islands.
Poole Quay and Town centre is a 5-10 minute walk. Bournemouth is 6 miles away. Sandbanks is approximately 3 miles away.
Monkey world, tank museum, Lullworth cove and Tyneham Village and Corfe Castle are all approximately 30 minutes drive.
There are many bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets in Poole Old Town, just a very short walk away.
Banks and hospitals are in Poole town. Tower park is very close for bowling and a water park for those rainy days. There is something going on at Poole Quay Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
