The house is located within easy reach of the main A1 road, however, enjoys a quiet location. Brock House offers great access to the Eastern Scottish Borders, including beautiful coastline and beaches.
The accommodation: Downstairs, there is a family sized lounge area and a large kitchen/dining area, which opens into the rear garden.
Sleeping accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a single room with additional guest bed.
Other facilities include a downstairs WC and wash basin, and upstairs a family bathroom with roll top bath. A shower cubicle is situated in the en-suite of the upstairs master bedroom.

Brock House is within a 10-15 minute drive of beautiful beaches at Pease Bay and Coldingham. Coldingham Bay is a nationally recognised surfing beach. Eyemouth and Coldingham offer access to world class diving sites.

Grantshouse Village is a 10 minute drive from the beautiful coastal villages of St Abbs, Eyemouth and Coldingham Bay. It is situated half way between the historic Scottish coastal town of Dunbar, and the historic walled town of Berwick upon Tweed, England’s most northerly town (both within 15 minutes drive).

Conveniently located, Brock House is an excellent base for travelling and exploring the major tourist attractions in this part of the United Kingdom, also with ready access to the great outdoors; including walks, beautiful surfing beaches and diving locations, as well as access to cycling on quiet country roads, or more energetic mountain biking. The property itself offers bright airy spacious accommodation split over two levels. Tastefully furnished throughout, with modern fixtures and fittings. Open views to the countryside can be enjoyed to the rear of the property.
Brock House is in a rural location, so the use of a car is essential, although there is a bus service from nearby Grantshouse Village. The nearest East Coast Mainline Railway stations are located at Berwick upon Tweed or Dunbar (both are 15 minutes drive from Brock House) with good services to Edinburgh, Newcastle and beyond.

Sea angling is available locally, and permits for river fishing on the renowned Salmon river, The Tweed, can be obtained.
The traditional fishing villages of Eyemouth, Coldingham and St Abbs and some of the inland villages offer access to traditional inns and places of interest. The small town of Duns hosts the Jim Clark Rally annually in June. The minor country roads offer lovely cycle routes. Beach, surfing and diving access are within a 10 minute drive.
