Beautiful house, newly built, located a few kilometers from the city of Ibiza, completely independent and fenced.

In the garden area it has a barbecue and a huge swimming pool (8x8 m) divided into two zones, small children, Jacuzzi and converted into an area for adults, separated by a fountain. It has parking area and outside toilet.

At the entrance to the ground floor it has a large modern mixed kitchen with direct access garden a large living room with fireplace and dining room.

It has 2 double bedrooms (bed 1,85x1,90 m), and two bathrooms - one en suite.

Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed 90x1,90 my other 2x2 m), a dressing room and a large bathroom with tub.

Disabled friendly with ramp access house and pool access.

Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.
