The Cottage is a delightful 4 bedroomed granite cottage with spacious bedrooms all on the ground floor with a separate W.C.

There is a main ensuite bedroom with double bed,a double bedroom with shower and hand basin, a double bedrrom and twin bed single bedroom.Pine wooden stairs lead upstairs to the light and spacious living area with to make use of the views.

There is a spacious comfortable living area with seating for 8 people,a gas fireplace , satellite TV DVD and CD player and leading off the sitting area is a balcony. The balcony gives lovely views over fields woodlands and distant views of Hayle Towan beaches. This is a popular spot for our guests to enjoy breakfast on the balcony or a glass of wine at sundown.

Upstairs there is also a well fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave fridge freezer hob and double oven and washing machine and spacious dining room. There is also a separate shower room and bathroom with bath,basin and w.c.

The secluded garden is safe for children and dogs with a patio area and use of a gas BBQ and seating for 8 people to include sun loungers and parasol.

Outside the property there is ample parking easy access to The Cottage in a quiet safe location.

Only minutes from Carbis Bay beach St.Ives and sandy beaches.A regular bus service to St.Ives and picturesque train journey from Carbis Bay is available.

The Brier is a 2 bedroomed converted barn This is another spacious airy accommodation with the bedrooms on the ground floor. A roomy main double en suite bedroom and twin single bedroom and a separate bathroom and toilet.

Pine stairs lead upstairs to the open planned living area with fully fitted kitchen washing machine dishwasher microwave hob and double oven and fridge freezer. There are 2 reclining settees Satellite TV DVD and CD player.

The views from The Brier are very popular with our guests.

Outside is a patio and garden with seating for 4 people sun loungers and parasol.

Ample easy parking right outside the property with separate access makes the Brier very popular.

Fantastic - can't wait to go again next year!

From the moment we arrived at The Cottage, we felt at home. It was very cosy, roomy, comfortable and the bedrooms on the ground floor and living area, dinning room and kitchen on the top floor, made for a very lovely experience. Phil and Jacqui were fabulous hosts, and the arrival gifts that were left for us (fresh eggs, wine, biscuits, milk, freshly picked new potatoes) made for a very special welcome, what a lovely touch. It all came in very useful and the new potatoes were especially delicious! Great location for exploring the local area too, we are in the process of booking again for next year - We can't wait! Thanks to Phil and Jacqui. xxx

Location

From the Owner

We are a quiet location with parking on site but with easy access to all amenities but so near to shops buses etc We bought this property as a farm in 1992 where we did some beef farming. Now it is used as a small DIY llivery yard with free range chickens and guinea fowl. We brought up our family here and now would,nt live anywhere else and hope our guests will enjoy there stay here too

1/4 mile to the Village of Carbis bay with local shops restaurants and Pubs.

Si Ives ,just over 2 miles away.Bus and scenic train from Carbis bay to St Ives.
