Hello. My name is Jorge I am 53 years old and married with three children. I was born in Tenerife and this house 'Casita del Viejo' was built for my family. We have had many happy times during the last few years and now that my children are older and studying in the University in La Laguna I thought that other people could enjoy a vacation here in 'Casita del Viejo'. If you decide to come to Tenerife you will also have a friend here to help you and your family enjoy everything that Tenerife and particularly this area has to offer..also you would go to my little ship to see the cost ocean in my little ship.

A great place to stay.

A great place to stay in the heart of the town and only a few minutes walk from the port and beautiful beach. We found our accommodation clean and well equipped which also benefited from a linen service. Jorge was always on hand when needed, very friendly and helpful. San Juan is a delightful place to stay with plenty of shops, restaurants, buses and taxis to get out and about. We would certainly recommend this apartment and will return again.

Farmhouse villa in rustic Tenerife

A wonderfull private location set in countyside with fantastic views down to the sea (8 mins by car). Surrounded by ripe avocado ,orange & lemon trees with dogs ,cats hens & fish to fascinate the children (& adults). All to be picked & eaten fresh if you want . (not the cats & dogs!)

A great base from which to explore the island.There are some great local beaches nearby to swim with turtles & parrot fish. Jorge the owner was always very helpful & informative & felt like one of the family. All in all a fantastic holiday that none will forget. Thank you, Will & family

Owner's Response: This friendly family spent 14 days holiday in Tenerife in my two houses C6161 and C3455, makes revision of the two properties at a time .. why some data are incorrect as distance to the sea is only 1 minutes walk from the bungalow, he mentions the cats and dogs that are in the house of the farm and not in the bungalow.(C6161) William and his wife, William Jr. and James are such close and friendly visitors in just one week behave as friends of a lifetime, leaving an excellent experience and a great joy to rent my property. A sincere hug the four, glad to know jente like you.

Nice apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks. The apartments are located in a quiet, pleasant town. which has everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located close to the ocean, all the equipment is working, bed linen and towels are changed every week. if you have questions or need help, the owner of the apartment is always quick to respond to them. Thank you, Jorge. nice apartment for good money.
