This spacious single storey villa is well appointed & equipped to a good standard. It has a comfortable lounge, fitted separate kitchen, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms, utility and drying area. Around the private swimming pool is a dining area, attractive garden & sunning space and a stone BBQ with outdoor sink. A roof terrace gives extra sunbathing space. At the front is a private gated drive for off road parking and a Canarian garden front and rear. Heated pool and air conditioning. Free internet. Mainly suitable for couples & mature guests .

Drinking water is available on tap in the kitchen via a water purifier, so providing the option of not having the additional cost of buying drinking water, or the need to carry and lift heavy water bottles. Just another example of continuing improvements we strive to make for our guests.

The area of Corralejo has something for everyone, from fab beaches, to a lively cosmopolitan town, plenty to do in the great climate.

The area surrounding the villa is ideal for holidays and also for longer term living because it is close enough to walk to the beaches, shops of Corralejo, El Campanario centre, & the harbour. A car isn't needed to have a great holiday. The villa is in a quiet & attractive area. So you can go out for the day or evening in town & just walk home at the end.

What makes this villa unique

The villa has all the comforts you need for an enjoyable time , a pool for cooling down, sunbathing areas to warm up again with a garden facing south for all day sunshine.The pool is heated with a solar gain cover, and in winter by a pool heater as well.

The separate kitchen is a good size & the laundry/ drying area invaluable for beach things.

A small supermarket & a bar are within few minutes walk , and a large supermarket just a little further on.

The villa enjoys level surroundings and accommodation (apart from a roof terrace and a small step at the rear) so it is ideal for elderly and disabled people. More details are available about access , door widths etc from the owners.

Parking is off street on the gated drive.

The gardens are Canarian in style with plenty of bright bougainvillea too.

10 days of Bliss.

We arrived on Sunday the 12th of November to be met by Alison & Graham who showed us around. We had a lovely 10 Days in this lovely villa. There was a really good choice of Books which my husband & Daughter -in-law were made up. feeling really relaxed now. Thanks Alison & Graham for a lovely stay. Sandra & Eamonn.

A home from home

Alison and Graeme met us and showed us how everything works which was really helpful. The villa has a great layout, the kitchen is really well equipped so easy for us to pack up a picnic for our trip to Isla lobos. Great private pool area, the garden is lovely. Enough space on the drive to park a small car. Location is good. We found the short cut down to the beach, it's quicker to walk along the beach into town than along the strip. Big hiper Dino within walking distance. Can't fault it.

Lovely villa, every need catered for and very kind owners

Lovely villa just as we anticipated, spacious, reliable internet and brilliant water filter so no need for bottled water - also all spotless. A great welcome from Alison & Graham as well as some essentials in the fridge / kitchen which was a nice touch. It's a good leg stretch to the town centre but very easy and pleasant. The Campanile centre is handy with a good supermarket and selection of bars.

We did nothing for a week around the pool, which was perfect and so was the weather

What a brilliant stay, great villa, great hosts

We had an excellent, relaxing holiday here. Alison and Graham met us at the villa and were always on hand during our stay. They kindly left us a bottle of fizz for our first anniversary - a really nice touch. Listing for the villa was accurate and the villa was really well equipped - it felt less like a holiday rental and more like your own home in the sun. Wifi worked well and you were able to get a couple of English channels on the television, not that we really used it. Everyday we took a gin and tonic up to the sun terrace at 6pm and enjoyed sun until 8pm. It was almost too chilled to want to go out.

The villa was really central and close to the nice shopping centre nearby which had a more Spanish feel than the resort itself. We had a car as we really enjoyed visiting the other beaches. Loads of restaurants in resort, some quite similar. We had two of our best meals at Boardriders 3 minutes walk from the villa,

I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and plan to return a some point. Thanks Alison and Graham from Simon and Katie xxx

Coralejo is a wonderful place for a holiday that offers it all. Sun, sand, and entertainment for all

The villa was ideal for 2 couples. It was kept beautifully with all the amenities required. Alison and Graham gave a comforting personal touch and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay perfect. The outdoor area was lovely, it accommodated for sun and shade and the pool was lovely and warm and very inviting. Overall our stay couldn't have been any better. We would definitely recommend. Coast/Beach:

Several sandy beaches within short walking distance and plenty more by car, all with soft cream coloured sand. Plenty to explore & enjoy, sand, rock pools, fishing, boat excursions, surfing, kites.

Travel:

Fuerteventura airport 35 minutes drive from Corralejo. Taxis & buses available, also many car hire companies.

Attractions of Corralejo near to villa, and a car is not needed if you enjoy walking and local buses. Coach tours available from Corralejo. A ferry trip to Lanzarote takes 15 minutes and various boat trips leave Corralejo daily.

Distances:

2 min walk to local English bar;

2 min walk to convenience store-English papers;

5 min to shopping centre with large supermarket,shops,bars, -El Campanario

10 min to nearest beaches, 15 to Flag Beach, 20 to Dunes

15 min to Baku Water Park,crazy golf + local market (Mon & Fri 9amm-1pm)

15 min to Corralejo centre-many shops,bars,restaurants

20 min Corralejo harbour + ferry (15min) to Lanzarote

5 min drive to 9 hole golf course (clubs for hire)

15 min drive to ElCotillo beaches and lagoons

Further Details:

A supermarket is only a few minutes walk also El Campanario Shopping Centre with Sunday craft market with live music, a popular area with tourists & residents. Harley Davison rides and surfing, gift shops and cafes.

Baku Water Park and other outdoor entertainments is near also and nearby the twice weekly market (am Tue & Fri).18 hole crazy golf is excellent.

Corralejo Old Town has many quaint streets & shops to investigate. There is a wide range of bars & restaurants to try, lots with live music.

Banks & ATMs are plentiful in Corralejo.
