We are a couple who fell in love, first with Costa del Sol and years after traveling there, we fell in love and purchased "La Rotonda", we remodeled it to the last detail and decided to rent it to families like ours.

We bought this property in this area as it is a very quiet place, and very close from all the amenities.

The beach is 5 minutes walking, you do not need to take the car, so it is very pleasant.

Also the property is between Malaga and Marbella, so very close to the airport and all the tourism interests.

What makes this villa unique

The property has got everything in it to enjoy. If you would like not to move out, you do not have to:

Private pool, garden, barbecue, play area with fuzzball, table tennis and billiards.

The property is big enough for a lot of people to have its own activity without disturbing anybody else.

Just returned today from amazing holiday in Spain. We were two families from Finland; altogether two couples and five children aged between 7 and 12. We stayed at La Rotonda for ten days. The villa was everything we could have wished for!



When first family of our party arrived to Malaga, owner’s representative Pablo was there to meet us at the airport and took us to the villa. Villa was as phenomenal as promoted; great pool, good facilities including pool bar with fridge and grill, and even a game hall with brand new billiards table, table tennis and fussball tables. Location was excellent with Torreblanca train station a short walking distance away (we took the train back to airport), and Torreblanca beach with it’s restaurants and shops also short distance away. It was nice in the morning to walk down to local shop to pick up fresh baked bread and croissants for breakfast.

Huge pool, convenient short walk for shops, beach and train. Great outdoor BBQ

Plenty space for a group of 12, the downstairs floor gave the teenagers a space of their own. The pool table, table tennis and table football were in great condition and well used by all. The veranda overlooks the pool so it was easy to keep an eye on the younger kids when they were swimming. Wifi was excellent and fast in the main living space but not good in some of the bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, large freezer and lots of fridges including one outside in the fabulous BBQ area. We were there in pomegranate and orange season and got to pick the fruit from the trees. It was still warm and sunny mid October with temperatures up to 26 deg C. Would recommend.

Superb luxury villa!

We stayed in the villa from 8-15th July and we were a party of 8 adults and 2 kids aged 9 & 11 yrs. from walking through the gate it was really a 'wow' moment and it really is a fantastic place. We made great use of the pool and a the sun is over it all day, it was perfect.

There is plenty of room in the villa and lots of different spaces so that we didn't feel like we were falling over each other, everyone could do their own thing. It was very clean and had lots of utensils, cutlery, plates etc it felt like more than a holiday let. We had everything we needed and the laundry room in the outhouse was a great addition. We even had a lovely BBQ and there were some BBQ bricks left over which we used. All the utensils and outdoor dinnerware were provided.

Can't speak highly enough of the villa. It's a holiday we'll be speaking about for a long time to come. Between the pool and the games area, the kids didn't want to leave the villa.

The area itself was lovely and a short stroll down the hill (3 mins) took us to the beach front with a few nice eating places. We also went through to fuengirola and Malaga by train as it was so easy to travel this way. The trains at the back of the villa did not bother us at all, they were very quiet.

We didn't really have any problems during the week, just a small incident with a key stuck in a lock but after speaking to Madeleine the property manager, the locksmith was there that afternoon. I was a bit apprehensive when first booking the villa due to the number of these sites that can be fraudulent but the excellent communication throughout and the vast amount of information available through the app really put me at ease.

Would definitely recommend this villa to a large group. We all loved it. It will be hard not to compare future holidays to this one after experiencing 'La Rotonda'.

Amazing holiday - exceeded all expectaions

Wow. The Villa exceeded all our expectations. There were 10 of us staying together - from under 1 yr old up to 69 years. The facilities were brilliant - large living area, lovely bathrooms, good tv's (useful for getting the children out of the afternoon sun), plenty of fringe space, and a well equipped kitchen.

The outside space was brilliant. We used the bbq often, and ate all our meals on the veranda. The pool was outstanding. It was cleaned on a regular basis (and the garden was well looked after too). The raised terrace was a lovely place to go and get some peace and quiet (grandad spent quite a bit of time up there!).

The games room was great fun - as well as being nice and cool.

The local beaches were spotless - and only a 5 minute walk. We tended to head left when we reached the promenade and headed to just beyond the pier. The water was lovely and shallow quite far out, and there were always plenty of crabs on the rocks to keep the little ones entertained.

A great selection of restaurants in both directions.

Lots of small supermarkets in walking distance - we also did a couple of taxi trips to the hypermarket.

Train station 3 minute walk away. Really clean, cheap trains all the way to Malaga. Used it twice for day trips. Wish we'd used it earlier. Next time!!

Great time with family and friends!

We were a group of 14 people, between 82 years old and 12 years old. Had a great time! The house offered everything we were expecting exactly as advertised! We never felt crowded, the lounge and games room was excellent for the evenings, the pool and nearby beach fenomenal for the hot sunny day time. Kitchen was great size with it's 2 refrigerators/freezer combo + 1 free standing freezer! Utensils were all good, knives were sharp! The barbecue/grill was very convenient and fun! Whenever we stayed home we ate outside on the terraces. The property is very well located, since we had a car, we took day trips to Sevilla, Granada, Nerja, Marbella, Puerto Banuz. Hopefully we can come back soon! Thank you Gilda for letting us stay at your beautiful property.
