Apartment in Puerto Portals, Mallorca, Balearic Islands sunny and quiet, 5 Minutes Walk To The Beach

Situated within an exclusive block overlooking the Puerto Portals Marina. The pool and tennis court are well maintained. Sunbeds and parasols are provided around the pool. There is also a bbq area. The terrace in the apartment is large and is accessed from the lounge and the main bedroom with superb views of the yachts in the port and views of the coast and the bay of Palma. Close to some of the best restaurants, shops and people watching on the island. The terrace is private with a dining table and chairs and terrace furniture. An ideal spot for chilling, Al fresco dining and watching the sunset over the Marina and the yachts returning to the port each evening. A 15/20 minute drive form Palma Airport and the city of Palma is only a 15 minute drive for sightseeing and shopping. The village of Portals Nous is a 5/10 minute walk away with supermarkets, restaurants and banks etc.

Beautifull apartment with everything you need, sitting out on the terrace for breakfast on a morning or just enjoying a glass of wine on an evening looking out over the med was amazing. Massive supermarket nearby for anything you might need, i walk round the marina is an absolute must just to see how the other half live.The lady who met us really couldnt have been more helpfull, if you want it a bit more lively on a night it was only 5/6 euros in a taxi down into the center of palma nova, the appartment itself was absolutley spotless and i would recommend it to anybody

Great apartment in a great location.

The apartment was easy to find, about a 20 minute drive from the airport at Palma. It was very well equipped, clean and tidy. The main bedroom has aircon, and we left the door open to the kids room, so it kept all the sleeping quarters cool before bedtime.

The balcony has lovely views and we turned into boat spotters without really trying! The pool was clean and mostly quiet. We always found a sunbed when we went down there. The kids liked the fact that they could have inflatables in it too.

Parking was directly outside the building with a couple of steps up to the lift.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. It was reasonably quiet even though there were bars below, we never got disturbed by them, and we slept well in the comfy beds.

My kids loved Stuart and Ellie in the Ramshackle, who are British and lovely.

Our favourite restaurants, both reasonably priced with great food, Chameli's and Paco's are a ten minute walk up in Portals Nous village, as is a really well stocked supermarket. Do not go into Corals(opposite Chameli's) it's a rip off!

Down near the apartment is the French Coffee Shop which serves lovely fresh bread, croissants, Quiches etc. They open at 7am but shut at 4pm. We ordered sandwiches to take on a picnic one day too. Well worth a visit!

We had a trip to Aqualand towards the end of our trip. We had picked up vouchers for money off in the supermarket in Portals Nous. You have to pay to park and it's very expensive to eat, hence the picnic. There is a lot of space to put towels down if you don't want to pay for the sunbeds. The queues were big but we had a great day.

The quietest beach, and our favourite, was down the hill towards the harbour, then turn right.

Hope this helps. We had a great holiday and would happily go back.

Fantastic location, lovely view

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and couldn't fault it. The location was fantastic, and very close to lovely restaurants, bars and local amenities. The pool area was clean, relaxing and well maintained. The apartment itself is clean, well cared for and comfortable. The views over the port and out to sea from the balcony are wonderful, and it is a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the world go by. We will definitely return to this property and highly recommend it!

Don't let this holiday venue pass you by!

Very impressed. Family enjoyed the position, with pool in complex and beautiful beach within a short walk. Lady met us with keys and left contact details if we needed her. She put wine and provisions in apartment for our arrival.

Apartment all that we expected and more, with a large terrace with superb views of the harbour and sea. The harbour with the restaurants & shops is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Transport to anywhere on the island within a short walk.

We will definitely be going back in 2016 hopefully for 2 weeks this time.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in this lovely apartment at the beginning of June and had a fabulous time. The apartment is conveniently located for the port and was spacious and clean. The communal pool was a great facility and was immaculate. Highly recommended and will certainly be returning.

The Portals Nous beach is close to the apartment. There is a good beach bar which offers light meals and is famous for it's cocktails. There are sun beds available for hire on the beach. The beach is sandy and is kept clean at all times with shallow water for children.Marineland is only 5 minutes walk away and is a great day out for all the family .


Palma airport is a 20 minute taxi or bus ride. Guests do not need to hire a car unless they wish to explore the island. The local bus and taxi service is only a few minutes walk from the apartment.


Palma city. Shopping and sightseeing. 12. Km. Palmanova 3 km. Andraitx 22 km. Marineland 5 mins walk. Pirates Adventure and water world 5km.

Further Details:

The Village of Portals Nous, provides all the requirements, with a good supermarket, banks. Chemist, Doctor, Dentist and various shops, bars and restaurants.

The 3rd Floor apartment is accessed by lift at the main entrance. There is a private car park with one parking space available for guests. There are 2 lifts. Pets are not allowed. Outside: The apartment has a beautiful pool and sunbathing area surrounding it. The pool is private and is only for use by the apartment owners and their guests .
