Apartment in Puerto Portals, Mallorca, Balearic Islands sunny and quiet, 5 Minutes Walk To The Beach

Situated within an exclusive block overlooking the Puerto Portals Marina. The pool and tennis court are well maintained. Sunbeds and parasols are provided around the pool. There is also a bbq area. The terrace in the apartment is large and is accessed from the lounge and the main bedroom with superb views of the yachts in the port and views of the coast and the bay of Palma. Close to some of the best restaurants, shops and people watching on the island. The terrace is private with a dining table and chairs and terrace furniture. An ideal spot for chilling, Al fresco dining and watching the sunset over the Marina and the yachts returning to the port each evening. A 15/20 minute drive form Palma Airport and the city of Palma is only a 15 minute drive for sightseeing and shopping. The village of Portals Nous is a 5/10 minute walk away with supermarkets, restaurants and banks etc.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated in one of best locations on the island. It is only 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport. The 3rd Floor apartment is yaccessed by lift at the main entrance. There is a private car park with one parking space available for guests. There are 2 lifts. Pets are not allowed. Outside: The apartment has a beautiful pool and sunbathing area surrounding it. The pool is private and is only for use by the apartment owners and their guests . There is also a tennis court adjacent to the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Towels,linen and beach towels provided. Changed per let.

Beautiful apartment

A fantastic apartment which had everything required, was like home from home and spotless on arrival. Having beach and bath towels provided saved a lot of room in our luggage too, the local area had plenty of bars and restaurants, the pool was great and quiet most days. 5 euros in a taxi took us to palma nova which was a great night out and also lots of bars and restaurants , my family and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to couples or families, sitting on the terrace watching the world go by was great not forgetting some of the amazing yachts that were coming and going, fabulous holiday, thanks for letting us share your wonderful apartment

Nice Mallorca

A spacious appartement with good beds and a nice view. Furniture in living room and terrasse would benefit from being renewed. Kitchen equipment also. But very good style to have water, beer and croissant for the new guests.

A nice contact person Donny to help with any problems you may have.

A nice tennis court and short distance to a very fine beach.

We arrived at he property late. The keys were exactly where I was told they would be. Nice size apartment, everything you could need was in there. Donna was really helpful and friendly for any questions I had. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Tired and in need of renovation for Portals

Douglas, the location was the only positive of this stay. The furniture (sofa in particular) must be 20+ yrs old and you can feel the steel bars under the cushions and you sink so low it's hard to get out). Dining and patio also dated. Beds were ok. Having to empty the A/C bottle every morning felt like I was in Mississippi or outback. Having to go to the bedroom to change TV channels in Living area was very antiquated....overall not was I was expecting inPortals, my third stay. The other apartments were similarly priced or cheaper, closer to marina and more updated. Won't be booking another time, but thank you for offering your home to me....fortunately I was out most of day/nights. Regards, Paul titus

Fabulous apartment with a great view. Perfect location.

Stayed in Portals Nous many times on our own, took friends for the first time and they loved it. Donna came over and ensured we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. Key West is not to be missed for the cocktails and the views of the large boats on marina. Beach soft and sandy and the water is warm and shallow. An ideal location for a great holiday. Can't wait to go back.

The Portals Nous beach is close to the apartment. There is a good beach bar which offers light meals and is famous for it's cocktails. There are sun beds available for hire on the beach. The beach is sandy and is kept clean at all times with shallow water for children.Marineland is only 5 minutes walk away and is a great day out for all the family .


Palma airport is a 20 minute taxi or bus ride. Guests do not need to hire a car unless they wish to explore the island. The local bus and taxi service is only a few minutes walk from the apartment.


Palma city. Shopping and sightseeing. 12. Km. Palmanova 3 km. Andraitx 22 km. Marineland 5 mins walk. Pirates Adventure and water world 5km.

Further Details:

The Village of Portals Nous, provides all the requirements, with a good supermarket, banks. Chemist, Doctor, Dentist and various shops, bars and restaurants.

A deposit of 25%, non refundable to be received max. 6 days after booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, payable by bank transfer or online. Any transfer costs are paid by guests. Online booking costs are 1.9%. Last minute bookings require full payment prior to arrival. A security deposit of £250 will be added to the total payment to be refunded after departure subject to no material damage on your return. The transfer costs will be deducted from the £250 security deposit.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible. Acceptable arrival times are between 4pm and 9 pm. Other times can be made prior to arrival by agreement, if possible. Departure 10 am. Please contact us if you have flights which are outside these times .

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
