Extremely well equipped duplex apartment incorporates numerous home comforts to ensure a cosy stay. It has the convenience of being really centrally located, so that all the bus stops, restaurants, shops and bars you could wish for are only ever a couple of minutes walk away! This apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends as it offers the opportunity to cook in and entertain comfortably, with an exceptionally equipped kitchen, but also provides easy access to everything that Chamonix has to offer. Recently obtained 3 star rating from Offices de Tourisme.

About Warren Jordan

Having visited a number of ski resorts in Europe, Chamonix was the one resort I felt more drawn to revisit, so when I decided to buy a property, Chamonix was the only place on my list. I purchased the property in 2007 and have had many enjoyable holidays in both the winter and summer, I bought the apartment primarily for skiing, but now I appreciate the benefits Chamonix has to offer in the summer. Terrific walks, scenery and relaxation!

I chose Chamonix because it is one of the few French ski resorts that is a vibrant town in its own right and also offers excellent summer as well as winter holiday opportunities.

What makes this apartment unique

I have equipped the property as if it's my second home, not as a typical rental property. The living area has been described as large for such a centrally located property. The apartment is situated between the river and the Aiguille du Midi cable car, on Ave du L'Aguille du Midi, really central with the bonus of allocated secure parking space in the basement car park, which is a rarity in such a central location.

Notes on accommodation: I have equipped this apartment to a level that suits my needs when there and leave everything available for guests, so I believe you will be pleasantly surprised with the level of equipment. The pictures in the apartment are a variety of local scenes by Chamonix photographers or paintings by local artist Charlie Adam. Outside: View of ski jump and Mont Blanc from living room window. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All cleaning, bedding and towels included. Other: The apartment also has a ski locker and a covered allocated parking space in the basement. A rarity in such a central location.

Home from home

I went away with family for Christmas and the apartment had everything we needed.

A well equipped kitchen perfect for cooking and evenings eating in. A large living area and 2 good size bedrooms with a sofa bed downstairs.

The apartment is situated in the town within walking distance of shops, restaurants and ski bus stop.

An great patisserie a few doors away - ideal for getting fresh croissants every morning.

I know I'll definitely be returning!

Lovely well appointed apartment in grear central.

Lovely warm apartment, located centrally, just a short walk from the amenities.

This offered us a perfect base for a weeks skiing and there are ample bars a restaurants nearby to relax after a day on the slopes.

The apartment has generous well appointed kitchen with everything you need and it's proximity to the supermarket means it's ideal for the nights you stay in. One thing I particularly enjoyed in the morning was the bean to cup expresso machine.

Highly recommend this apartment.

Would definitely stay again.

Typically alpine flat in a perfect location.

This place was a perfect base for our activities in the chamonix valley during our week long stay. With its central location it is ideally situated for those wanting to enjoy the best of what the valley has to offer from extreme terrain to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

With all the kitchen Nicknacks and homely touches you would expect if staying with a friend or family member, this will be your home from home.

The owner was very accommodating with our requests and prompt with his responses. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Great Location & Well Equipped

Spent a week skiing in January. Center of town but not noisy. Very easy to get on the slope and walking distance to bars/restaurants. Flat has all modern appliances compared with other rentals i have been in. Would recommend and hope to be back next year.

Bookings will be agreed with myself and then payment and all other arrangements will be handled by agent in Chamonix. 30% deposit upon reservation, full payment 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. Price does not include local tourist tax.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover days, arrival after 16:30, departure before 10:30, but we try to be flexible if at all possible.

30% upon reservation, remaining balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation 31 days or more from arrival the 30% deposit will be retained, less than 31 days 100% retained.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
