"An extremely enjoyable Cornish cottage with everything I needed. I shall return. Thank you Zoe & Murray. The wine and cupcakes were a lovely touch"

"It was a shame we didn't get to see more of you. We had a brilliant holiday and think you are so lucky to have it all the time. I shall miss the view from the front door, being able to watch the sunrise whilst in bed and of course the lovely bike rides. We shall be back!"

Had the best stay ever, wish we could have stayed longer. Zoe and Murray are the perfect hosts, fantastic customer service, photos were accurate, absolutely clean and well looked after, and they know their history of the area. We were on a family history trip and couldnt believe how lucky we were to stay right in the middle of where our families lived in the 1500-1890 or so. They have a top notch property and would recommend to anyone. Will return and book longer if we ever get back to Cornwall. Thank you Zoe,Murray and familyv for the perfect stay. From the Owner

As soon as we saw Manor Farmhouse we knew this was the perfect home to bring up our family, it took our breath away and we feel very lucky. It's rural but central location makes it an ideal hide-away but easily accessible for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Located up an unmade lane amidst a hamlet of five other properties it is extremely quiet and the distinct lack of traffic makes very peaceful sleeping (except for the owls!). The local area is beautiful and perfect for cycling, walking and appreciating the Cornish landscape. Our local beach is only five minutes away so we feel we get the best of both worlds, country life as well as sea life!
