Enjoying panoramic sea views and very rare direct views across to the Papagayo beaches this fifty square metre duplex apartment has a private terrace/garden downstairs and balcony off the bedroom upstairs. There is also a well maintained communal pool and gardens. The pool is unheated. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge kitchen. Upstairs there is a Bedroom with balcony and separate bathroom. There is laundry room at the rear with a washing machine.

A very practical , comfortable and well located property for 2 people.

The property is functional, comfortable and well located as long as you don't mind walking to some of the nearby shops, restaurants, town and beach. There is a very good supermarket within an easy walk. Otherwise the location is excellent with parking and easy access to most places.

Wifi is intermittent and very limited TV programmes in English. Kitchen is largely excellent but lacks a few things.

Overall, a most pleasant and tranquil location.

We had an excellent stay. The pool was lovely. The view amazing. The apartment was nice, kitchen equipped with basic essentials. bed very comfy. Excellent location.

Relaxing

Good location for a relaxing break. Pleasant walk into Playa

Blanca (about 40 minutes) and 20 to Rubicon Marina. Supermarket left out of apartment and 5 minute walk for all your needs. Basic kitchen equipment . IF required buses only 5 minutes walk away. Welcome pack was very much appreciated especially the wine. Apartment clean and well maintained and owner supplied all information requested.

Fantastic views of Papagayo beaches.

The property was perfectly situated for us as we like to get away from the crowd and went to Papagayo for this reason. The apartment was basic but perfectly adequate and had the most amazing view across to Papagayo. Kitchen facilities/pots/pans were basic but with the Superdino 200 yards away and a wonderful 15 minute walk along the seafront to the Marina and its varied restaurants that was not an issue. Wifi included was a REAL bonus. Only negatives are that the bed is a little hard and the mosquito nets torn.

Stunning views

Stunning views in a quiet location. Apartment is very comfortable with everything you would need, except for a safe which did surprise us, however when locked up the apartment was very secure. Very comfortable bed, very good shower, fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge freezer. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a large supermarket around the corner. It was also a comfort to know that tony and Tina were available if we needed anything. Fabulous walks to papagayo beaches and the light house. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family ( Roger the owner was also easy to confer with via e mail)

Beautiful location beautiful apartment

Apartment lived up to all we expected and more very clean and well mentained had a problem with key manager sorted this out prompley love the beaches so this apartment was ideal and still within walking distance to rested aunts and marina would defenitly return in the future

Location

From the Owner

I bought this property for it's seafront location between the marina and the Papagayo beaches. I like having direct access to the coastal path and swimming jetty.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Seafront property. Access to swimming jetty with steps near the apartment.

You can walk or drive west to Playa Dorada (white sand beach in town with all facilities) or walk or drive east to the Papagayo beaches in the nature reserve. Natural Playa las Coloradas is only 3 minutes walk away. It is suitable for sunbathing but not for swimming (underwater rocks).

Travel:

Car not needed but recommended. 30 min drive from Arrecife airport.

Bus to centre of Playa Blanca. Fast ferry from Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura island (20 minutes).

Distances:

1 min walk to supermarket and bus stop. 10 mins walk to shops restaurants and market on wed and Sat. in the marina. The house is located in the San Marcial del Rubicon area of Playa Blanca (1 mile west of town centre).

Further Details:

Treat yourself to spa treatment available just five mins walk away at the five star 'Dream Castillo' hotel. Or have a meal in the restaurant of the four star hotel opposite the apartment
