Why Pauline chose Manilva

This Property will be renovated during Feb 18 to Apr 18

The lounge area will be extended, with bigger windows overlooking the pool. The kitchen will be renovated & will have patio doors to garden. Bathrooms will be renewed. The current photos are as it is but it will be hughly enhanced.

What a beautiful property, and a great idea - a private villa within a complex. It ensure we were all happy, we adults had privacy, peace and 'no children' as they were happier at the communal pools where there was alot of families, while we could sit by our own pool & garden. House v spacy & airy - ideal.

Spanish luxury October week

Villa was excellent. It has a roof terrace and the three first floor bedrooms all have a balcony. Villa has its own pool and there are two large shared pools just a short walk away within the gated area of villas. There are plently of beaches nearby and Gibraltar is a half hour drive away. Two good supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away.

We had a couple of problems with a kettle and a bedroom shutter, but Pauline resolved both very quickly.

Excellent villa in stunning location

We stayed at the villa in June 2017 and had an amazing time. There were 5 adults and 2 kids.

The villa is excellent with a lovely pool. The views are stunning and the nearest town has plenty of nice restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa with gorgeous views

Our two families have just returned from a lovely relaxing stay. We really enjoyed having a private pool as well as the various shared pools. The air conditioning was a luxury but not always needed as we also enjoyed opening the doors for a refreshing through draught. The outside decking was fabulous, for eating and relaxing outside.

The walk into town to the stunning port of Duquesa took about half an hour so sometimes we walked back in the evening and sometimes we grabbed a taxi. The port was buzzing, with lots of different restaurants, all very friendly.

The villa was well located for trips to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibralter and a local water park. Pauline, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and the villa was very well equipped.

My family & I spent a lovely time here, the house is lovely, it is really well equipped, the private pool has great sun orientation, and it was very useful for the kids to also play in the communal garden and pools. we found some great restaurants in the Port of Duquesa & also in the country areas near Casares, really relaxing - highly recommend it.

Pleasant Comfortable Relaxing!

Very pleasant, clean and comfortable accommodation in a well kept urbanisation with pleasant surroundings and lovely views of Manilva. Well furnished, decorated and equipped.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay we would have liked to have access to the pool and garden lights which were on a timer and switched off just before midnight. (The pool lights stopped working towards the end of our stay).

Only a short drive away from Duquesa Port which has an abandunce of lovely restaurants. We especially enjoyed El Parapiros... Highly commended and lovely atmosphere.

All in all a very pleasant holiday!
