A 3 Storey deluxe town house with sea glimpses over Poole Harbour and is only a short walking distance to Poole Quay, Poole town centre and beaches. This modern property, which sleeps 12 people, offers excellent accommodation throughout. The house comprises of a ground floor cloakroom, shower room, ground floor double bedroom with single bed & a utility room with access onto the patio garden with outside dining area & a barbeque. On the middle floor is an open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and large lounge with a double sofa bed, with a small balcony with views over Baiter Park and the Poole Harbour. On the top floor is bedroom 2 with a double bed, family bathroom and main double bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed with sea views.

This property is centrally located with good access to all amenities, Sandbanks famous blue flagged beaches & Bournemouth vibrant town centre as well as visiting the famous Jurassic coast. It is ideal for a beach holiday, fishing trip or for a relaxing break away.

Property was exactly as expected based on the listing. Clean, well maintained, uncluttered, modern property. Perfect base for four adults competing in the Poole Regatta and looking for self catering with a bit of space. Within very easy walking distance of Poole Town Quay. Customer service from letting agent (Deluxe Holiday Homes) was faultless; friendly, efficient and flexible to our circumstances. Would recommend to friends an relatives looking for similar accommodation. Had great meal at Gossip Italian Restaurant - the cheese and chicken risotto was fabulous.
