The apartment is a modern 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom air conditioned apartment with tiled floors throughout & is situated behind the church in the quiet & peaceful andalusian village of benahavis. The central location of the apartment means that you are only a few minutes walk from some of the best restaurants on the costa del sol. Many of the famous golf courses for the area are only 10 minutes away by car as is the well maintained & well kept beach at San Pedro De Alcantara.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment but is permitted on the private patio area. No pets allowed at anytime. There is no designated parking for these apartments but there is ample parking on the street outside the complex. A car is recommended. Outside: The apartment has a private patio area with sun awning for shade against the sun. There is also a communal pool & communal gardens both of which are well kept & well maintained. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, Linen & Beach towels are provided.The property is thoroughly cleaned before each letting.

Nice apartment in a pretty community.

Lovely apartment but bed was extremely uncomfortable. Key holder was very helpful. Convenient location to village centre.
