Rustic house walking distance to the beach

Built in traditional style, this lovely rustic finca offers the best of both worlds. Set in a totally private, peaceful and secluded location whilst only 2 minutes drive from the beach and the local fishing village of Arrietta. This authentic rural retreat is set in a stunning elevated position and enjoys fantastic 360 views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The old Canarian design is evident throughout this comfortably furnished and well equipped finca, with high wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiles. On two floors the accommodation offers thick stone walls to provide a very cooling ambience in the hot summer months. Outside there's a choice of two large terraces where you can relax and watch the world go by, enjoying the fabulous views, the wildlife, and the mature gardens. La Finca Verde is a great place to stay and will give you all you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

We will definitely return

We loved our stay at Eco Finca Verde and we will definitely book again, it is located in a lovely peaceful location but it is still handy to a large shop attached to a garage, we used to eat our breakfast in one of the seating areas with views of extinct volcano's and the sea we visited some great places in Lanzarote, Famara with it's wonderful backdrop of the cliffs, the sky and the sea, climbed a volcano Monte Corona, and of course on of our favourite places the lagoon at Caleton Blance.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week at Eco Finca Verde over the New Year. The house and garden are beautifully arranged - and there are magnificent views from the garden if you want to have a lazy morning or afternoon reading. We were able to swim most days at the Arrieta town beach. Nice village with good restaurants and supermarkets. We actually ended up eating in most evenings and the kitchen has everything you need. We would highly recommend and hope to return soon! If you are interested in doing any excursions we would recommend Eco Insider - we did a bird watching morning with them and a walking tour around Monte Corona. They picked us up from the Finca and dropped us off so was very easy.

Lovely location

This villa is in a beautiful location in the much less commercial north of Lanzarote - yet close to Arrieta - which has 3 or 4 excellent restaurants. The gardens and the views are wonderful. The upstairs lounge has 360 degree views of the mountains and sea. The owner is most responsive to enquiries. It’s a real eco, off the grid house.

Beautiful house & garden in a peaceful location

This is a great house located close to Arrieta, with beautiful views and a lovely garden. It is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Gareth was a good host, happy to answer any questions and help us get the best from our holiday, but was also happy to leave us to enjoy the house and relax.

A wonderful holiday experience

An amazing rustic property situated in the north of the Island. From the upstairs lounge as well as from the extensive gardens and patio areas the views are breath taking. You can see the mountains to the rear of the property and the sea stretches for miles to the front and side. There are gardens of cactus surrounding the Finca which are maintained to a high quality. The Eco-friendly environment has been thoughtfully designed and decorated and it is sheer pleasure to sit in the gardens, in the numerous areas provided with seating and tables. The property details are very accurate and the photographs are a true and honest description. We cannot speak too highly of Gareth the owner, nothing is too much for him. His knowledge of Lanzarote is extensive, and we have been to places not on the map, and eaten in lovely restaurants, all suggested by him. We enjoyed our visit so much we have already booked for next year.
