Private tropical gardens, set over two levels. Full size table tennis table. Casa Mandian apartment is situated all on one level on the ground floor on the same level as the sun terrace and pool, guests have exclusive use of the pool, sun terrace and gardens during their stay. The owners live on the 1st and 2nd floors above and have their own terraces and gardens to the rear of the villa, ensuring that guests can relax in comfort and privacy. An English speaking representative will be on hand to answer any questions. Booking is subject to complying with the owners booking terms and conditions. Ideal for short holiday breaks a week or longer. Flexible with change over days subject to booking availability. Strictly No Pets or Smoking allowed. Property is not suitable for children under 5. (OK for babies). Outside: Private luxury 8m by 4m swimming pool (not shared, guests use only) renovated in Feb 2012, beautiful at night too when illuminated. Private outside poolside hot and cold shower. There are 4 modern comfortable sun loungers with parasols and a quality table with 4 chairs all of which overlook the sea. Large secluded private sun/pool terrace again with amazing sea views. Looking over to the left is Moraira town and its beautiful marina and the area of El Portet, to the right is the Penon de Ifach, this rock is the symbol of the Costa Blanca. Just outside the apartment double doors is a deluxe BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. Off road parking is available at the front of the property for one car. The well maintained, landscaped and tropical gardens have several different types of palm trees, exotic shrubs and plants set over two levels. A full size table tennis table is available for guests on the lower garden level. Our amazing views really do have to be seen to be fully appreciated! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, Bathrobes and plenty of bathroom towels are all provided. The property is cleaned weekly (mid- stay) if required for two week holidays and towels and linen will be changed at this point. All of the villa apartment rooms offer amazing stunning panoramic sea views.

What do we look forward to each time we book?...

The warm, friendly welcome of our kind hosts, Mandy and Ian.

The elevated position, in a select, quiet residential area of Moraira.

The most breathtaking views from Cap d'Or, over the beautiful town and coast of Moraira, to Calpe's Penon de Ifach.

Pretty landscaped gardens, spacious terrace and relaxing private pool / sunbathing and al fresco dining area.

The super-sized, super-comfy bed, fluffy white robes, large shower room and all the little touches of home that make our favourite holiday accommodation something very special.

A stay at Casa Mandian Apartment is simply food for the soul.

Casa Mandian -our second home!

This was our sixth visit to Casa Mandian Moraira. The views are spectacular only surpassed by the hospitality and friendship of Mandy and Ian the owners. The weather on every occasion has been terrific except a couple of days last April. Can't wait for our next visit.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was far better than the description because of the superb view, peace, quiet and wonderful outdoor area. We had a lovely welcome from Mandy, the owner, who was on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't). Apartment had everything you could want and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and great terrace - which gets sun from Morning to evening. Gardens are beautifully maintained and you are very close to all the restaurants, shops and beaches of Moraira. There is lots of useful info on the local area and books, dvds, etc in the apartment. There is also all you need for a day on the beach. We feel like we have found a gem and will definitely be going back.

I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Coast/Beach:

Moraira has 8kms of beautiful coastline with 4 Blue Flag beaches of fine golden sand and many small picturesque rocky coves. The distance to Moraira's main beach is 2km, just a short 5 minutes drive from the apartment. There is a large free car park provided situated behind the beach. Guests can still swim in the sea through to end of November.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Alicante 93kms - 58 miles. Nearest ferry port is Denia and Benidorm both at 25kms - 15 miles. Nearest railway station is Teulada 3km - 1. 9 miles.

Use of a car is essential to reach the property and to fully discover this beautiful area.

Distances:

Moraira town is 5kms - 3 miles away. El Portet is 6kms - 3.5 miles away. Javea and Denia are only 30 - 40 mins drive, guests can enjoy walking along the Arenal at Javea and its many shops, restaurants and bars. The port of Denia is a must, stroll around the Marina, have a meal and shop in the pretty tree lined town centre. Benidorm is 30 min. drive, 48kms - 30 miles. Inland the scenery is very rural with vineyards, orange and almond groves leading you to the Jalon and Orba valleys, 20 mins away.

Moraira is a genuine paradise set amongst the tropical greenery of the Costa Blanca, a 1st class tourist resort with excellent facilities. Moraira has 8kms of coastline and many picturesque rocky coves. 4 beaches have been awarded an EEC blue flag for cleanliness. Moraira has over 30 restaurants, catering for every taste and budget, look out for the menu Del Dia, a 3 course meal and wine for 10-15 Euros. Enjoy many bars & coffee shops overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Moraira has many colourful fiestas, shops and weekly market. Events for 2017 include April Easter Holy Week. June Moraira Moors and Christians, including the Moors landing, muskets firing and a Spectacular Parade and fireworks. July 3rd-8th Festivals include the Patron Saint of Sailors. “Els Bous a la Mar Fiesta” bulls are let loose in the arena to chase those who think they are fast enough to jump out of their way. Medieval Festival Teulada 7th-9th August, a market, music, attractions and theatre. There are many supermarkets situated locally and within easy reach of the villa. Local leisure facilities include the Ifach 9 hole golf course, situated just 2 minutes away. If you prefer tennis, there are 3 hard courts available at the Iflach course. Access to other local amenities such as a small Fun Fair, Go-Carting, Crazy Golf, Night Clubs, Quad Bikes Horse Riding and Watersports Rent & School offering all types of water sports: Boat Hire, Windsurfing, Kayak, Canoe and Paddle surf. If scuba diving takes your fancy, the long established Scuba Moraira Dive Centre is 5 min. away. Why not take an excursion to lively Benidorm only 30 minutes away, maybe visit the Sea Life Centre or Aqua Natura Family Water Park, or for the really adventurous why not try Terra Mitica Theme Park. Moraira enjoys a micro climate enjoying over 300 sunny days a year thus offering excellent all year round weather conditions with the average temperature being around 20 degrees.

Changeover Day:
Change over days are flexible subject to booking availablity.
Arrival time after 15:00hrs on the arrival date and you must leave by 11:00hrs on your departure date. These times may be able to be extended depending on booking availabilty please ask.

Notes on prices:
Refundable security deposit of £200 required, refundable 14 days after your departure subject to an acceptable property inspection.
A free complimentary bottle of cava will be included!
25% of the rental cost is payable eight weeks before your arrival date to secure booking.
