beautiful and relaxing casa mandian

We have holidayed in Moraira for the last 7 years after a relative told us about it, now we find it like a second home a beautiful and unspoiled part of Spain. Casa mandian completed our perfect stay with its fabulous views from the swimming pool and from everywhere in the villa! The standard of the cleanliness and maintenance of the property was outstanding and way over expectations. Mandy and Ian were perfect hosts there if we needed them but we were left to enjoy our peace and quiet which was heaven. Moraira and surrounding areas, Javea, Calpe , Arenal are all close at hand with their fantastic beaches and restraunts are all close at hand. I would not hesitate to recommend casa mandian to anyone and we can't wait to return, Thanks Mandy and Ian

Our favourite holiday apartment in Spain

We keep coming back to Casa Mandian. Its just perfect for us! What do we look forward to each time we book?... The warm, friendly welcome of our kind hosts, Mandy and Ian. The elevated position, in a select, quiet residential area of Moraira. The most breathtaking views from Cap d'Or, over the beautiful town and coast of Moraira, to Calpe's Penon de Ifach. Pretty landscaped gardens, spacious terrace and relaxing private pool / sunbathing and al fresco dining area. The super-sized, super-comfy bed, fluffy white robes, large shower room and all the little touches of home that make our favourite holiday accommodation something very special. A stay at Casa Mandian Apartment is simply food for the soul.

Casa Mandian -our second home!

This was our sixth visit to Casa Mandian Moraira. The views are spectacular only surpassed by the hospitality and friendship of Mandy and Ian the owners. The weather on every occasion has been terrific except a couple of days last April. Can't wait for our next visit.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was far better than the description because of the superb view, peace, quiet and wonderful outdoor area. We had a lovely welcome from Mandy, the owner, who was on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't). Apartment had everything you could want and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and great terrace - which gets sun from Morning to evening. Gardens are beautifully maintained and you are very close to all the restaurants, shops and beaches of Moraira. There is lots of useful info on the local area and books, dvds, etc in the apartment. There is also all you need for a day on the beach. We feel like we have found a gem and will definitely be going back. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Perfect vacations !

We spent 2 perfects weeks in casa mandian, Mandy and Ian were adorable and fully available whenever we needed 🙂 We were received by both of them and with all the necessary items needed. It was a very great place, very calm with a magnificent view 😍

We fell in love with Moraira and the surrounding areas 13 years ago. The Mediterranean healthy lifestyle and with over 320 days of sunshine what is there not to like! We took the leap and moved from the UK in January 2012, making Casa Mandian our forever home.
The villa is split into two separate apartments, we live on the 1st floor, whilst our guests stay within the private ground floor apartment. Guests have exclusive access and use of the front tropical gardens, private pool, pool shower, table tennis and sun terraces all over looking the sea.
At Casa Mandian we aim to provide our holiday apartment guests with a top quality experience during their stay, ensuring the property, gardens and pool all meet high standards of quality, cleanliness and comfort.
