Joan Ramon Bosch Sangroniz is now a retired fisherman. Born 1947, lives in the ground floor apartment Voramar 39, just about 90 meters from Voramar 59 (Pine Walk also called by the visitors) are. He also looks for one more apartment at number 59 1st floor and one Voramar 39 3rd floor He and his family manage the rental apartments on a, days, weekly, monthly basis or longuer periods, by arrengement for rent, per week or different periods.They have been renting for the last 55 years, mostly to central European and UK guests, The apartments are situated where the old fishermen houses had been in the past. Joan speaks Catalan, Spanish, French, Little English and German. As Joan live on the property he can inmediately sort any problems Amy occur in the apartment, or any help during your stay.
