The Kalithea Villa 2 is a modern three bedroom villa (two double and one twin all with en-suite bathrooms) located in the heart of Coral Bay within a short walk of a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and the sandy beach of Coral Bay. The villa offers spacious and exceptionally well maintained mature grounds, with complete privacy and include a 5m X 10m pool (walk-in steps), a private shaded outdoor dining area with built in barbeque, outdoor lounge overlooking the pool, and a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas. Inside, the villa has a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, a spacious modern lounge, and three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all of which are air conditioned. One double bedroom is on the ground floor and two bedrooms including the master bedroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a balcony which benefits from exceptional views. Car hire not necessary.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is spacious and has been furnished to a high standard. It includes all those items one would expect of a luxury villa and a full collection of outdoor furniture. Outside: Very large and spacious private pool area offering mature gardens, private pool with walk in steps, shaded dining area with built barbeque, outdoor lounge area overlooking the pool. Plenty of space and complete privacy. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided and the villa is cleaned once per week.

Superb

There were 4 adults and 2 small children in our party. The villa was all that we expected and more. However the extremely loud music from the nearby Hole in the Wall Taverna prevented us from getting any sleep till it stopped just after midnight. Not the property owners fault though.

Beautiful Villa in a perfect location

This is a lovely Villa in a great location. Plenty of restaurants, beach, bus stop (bus no 615 to Paphos Harbour), and supermarket are all within a couple of minutes walk so no need for a car! The Pool is a great size and cleaned twice a week. The outdoor space and BBQ are fab. If you want to take the wee ones to the Aphrodite Waterpark in Paphos it's so easy just jump on the 615 bus to Paphos then the 611 straight to the Park. There were only two downsides to the villa but neither will spoil your holiday in any way - the timer of the air Con only being 2 hours and the outdoor furniture needs updating. Sid the Taxi driver was great too he phoned on our last day to make sure everything was as planned. We will definitely return - next year hopefully!

Very clean and spacious property with a superb pool and BBQ area

This is an amazing property, ideally located between two beaches, Coral Bay and Corallia Beach. The villa itself was spacious with plenty of outside seating and a superb pool, and had all the necessary facilities required for a family and was very clean. All buses are only €1.50 for any journey although walking anywhere was not a problem. The management company are very helpful and assisted us in getting a good deal with car hire. A transfer taxi from the airport was arranged with no problems. A few essentials were left for our arrival which was much appreciated. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Could have been informed a bit better like the bridge over the pool that sold it for me when booking

We had a lovely time here great location no need for a car unless you have trouble walking main shops are about 10 min walk big supper store called philippos just ask at the till free home delivery and lift back to the Villa so no need to carry bags back, there is a bus stop 2 min walk at the bottom of the hill 615 bus takes you the way into the harbour for 1 euro 50 lovely place to eat and visit if you like shopping Jumbos is very cheep for all sorts of stuff in the Kings Avenue on the roundabout just before the harbour. Do try the Italian on the corner of the villa we had a couple of lovely meals here and not dear.

Wonderful

The villa was everything we wished for, from the moment the taxi dropped us off we felt at home. The walk in to the pubs and restaurants at Coral Bay was about 15-20 minutes, If you don't want to walk, there are a couple of tavernas that run alongside the property, a plus and a minus fact depending on your point of view, not far to go for a drink or entertainment, but you obviously don't get total peace and quiet. There's also a well stocked supermarket close by.

There are a few little bits that could be updated but nothing that can take away from a fantastic holiday experience. Everything we needed was catered for, we had a late flight in but were met at the airport by the taxi arranged by Chris, (my main worry of the whole trip was that he wouldn't be there as I hadn't a clue where the villa was) and the driver kindly found us a late night supermarket so that we could get in some basics, not knowing if we would have anything at the villa, but on arrival we had full stock of bread, milk, coffee, tea, cornflakes, even wine arranged by Carrie of the management company who even kindly sorted out a hire car for us for a couple of days. If you don't want to hire a car then there's no need, everything you want is within walking distance but as it was our first trip to Cyprus we wanted to explore a little. There is an extremely efficient bus service that runs to Paphos Harbour which we will use next time we go. The pool was cleaned twice during our 5 night stay and was a great place to unwind and relax. Overall a great holiday, would I recommend this to friends, absolutely, would I stay here again, definitely.

Lovely place, in need of updating though.

This is a nice villa, not really central though quite out the way we ended up getting a car. We didn't see a cleaner at all in the 10 days we were there and the bridge over the pool broke. A few updates to this villa would make me return. First experience in Cyprus and will go back.

Coast/Beach:

The sandy beach of Coral Bay is less than a 5 minute walk away and various water sports are available.

Travel:

Paphos International Airport is located 25km from the villa or about 25 min drive. Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport, we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire.

If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank, by direct bank transfer, or via most major credit cards.
