"Our 3rd visit to driftwood in 4 years! Like so many returning guests, we enjoy this cottage so much. Can recommend a visit to Scottish Fisheries museum in Anstruther. A special lunch was enjoyed at Seafood restaurant in St Monans (delicious food in a beautiful location).

Superb property with stunning view!

Cottage just could not be better! Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, well equipped and really cosy. Spacious open plan lounge with fabulous panoramic views of the Firth of Forth.

Owners could not be more friendly or helpful.

A wonderful place to relax, lots to do in the area and plenty high class restaurants nearby. And, of course, not far from St. Andrews!

So much space

  • 5 of 5

The extremely accommodating and helpful owners, Fiona and Q, have thought of everything. I could rave about every aspect of this chalet, but will soon run out of space, which is the one thing you WILL NOT do at Chalet Milou. Particularly worth a mention is the kitchen, which is exceptionally well-kitted out and vast. I thought they had used a fish-eye lens, but it really is that big. I can just squeeze in that the chalet is also very warm and very well-maintained and the local managers at Kukipegs are great.

Excellent accommodation

  • 5 of 5

Stayed in this delightful accommodation late September early October with a stunning view every morning. The accommodation was well maintained and equipped with all the requirements for home from home living. A good description and accurate listing on Owners Direct and would highly recommend. Good for golf at St Andrews, plenty of places to go and visit and Anstrutter has good restaurants and eateries with loads more nearby in St Andrews. The owners are friendly and approachable, we throughly enjoyed our time here, can't wait to do the same again in the near future.

An immaculate, stylish, well equipped cottage with gorgeous sea views.

Outside seating area was an added bonus and a lovely relaxing place to enjoy.

Overall a delightful relaxing place to stay and a good base to explore the Fife coast.

Amazing Place

  • 5 of 5

We booked this cottage as we wanted to get away for the New Year and it didn't disappoint. We spent the early part of NYE in front of the lovely log burner and midnight by the beach watching the Aurora! The cottage is stunning and has amazing sea views. The owners were really helpful and we loved the small touches such as the flowers, candles and shortbread. We don't usually revisit a place but we are planning on coming back here!
