Superb Apartment With Magnificent Sea Views From Terrace & Infinity Pools

A spacious fully air-conditioned two bedroomed apartment, comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The private terrace is ideal for al fresco eating, sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink and enjoying the stunning views... or cool off in one of the pools. Only 25 metres away are two infinity swimming pools exclusively for residents' use. Local facilities: supermarket, pharmacy/medical centre, bar and snack bar and the highly recommended La Cumbre Restaurant which also has its own communal pool and small outside bar for tapas and drinks. Adjoining the area is the spectacular Granadella National Park which is ideal for walkers and climbers. There is also scuba diving, kayaking, sailing, tennis, karting, riding, boat trips, and several golf courses nearby. It's only a 10 minutes drive to Moraira or Javea with their excellent beaches, and wide choice of shops & restaurants. A car is essential. SECURE INTERNET / Fibre WIFI included. There is a security camera device for security purposes only outside the front door. It is not activated when guests are booked in.

A great holiday in Spain

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Well appointed with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and we would certainly hope to visit again.

Nice apartment with spectacular view

A very nice apartment, and the view from the balcony is spectacular (which I got quite addicted to, with our binoculars!). The infinity pools are fantastic (bring your own, or the chairs provided in the apartment) and currently have security guards for most of the day. Air conditioning in all rooms, an extremely well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and living room. Also good sized bathroom. Just a couple of items could do with being updated, and it would be perfect!

Superb apartment

Our stay at this apartment was everything we had wished for. It was the ideal apartment/location to wake up to, and then return to after a day out at the beach. We felt very at home here, and would certainly return without question.

Super appartment with great view

The appartment is very well located, well organized with all you need. The location provides access to see, shops, restauarants and cities close by. It is very quired, swimming pool at 25 meters, excellent wifi, and nice balcony with super views. We enjoyed Moraira, Calpe and Altea. Almost everyday you may visit different markets nearby.There are several supermarket around. Al the information provided by the host Angie will make your stay easy. For a relaxed holiday you shouls visit the place.

Super apartment with magnificent views

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for a week in October, we were aware that the weather was not always be reliable so late in the year. We should not have worried the weather was excellent for six days and one day was partly rainy. Moraira is a beautiful little town with many top rate restaurants and bars. The best part of the holiday was the views from the apartment.

We are a British couple who fell in love with the view from the terrace the moment we saw it, and knew this was the place to be. We know you'll love the fabulous views and the surrounding area for it's outstanding natural beauty.

Why they chose this property

We live in the busy south east of England, near Gatwick, so we really appreciate the peace and quiet when we stay. We love walking in the natural park adjoining Cumbre del Sol, and the local cliff walks. We love exploring the small Spanish villages inland and visiting local markets. We mostly choose to eat in and enjoy our wonderful view, although nearby Moraira and Javea offer plenty of choice for excellent restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

We have furnished the apartment to our own taste with lots of additional extras and we have catered for our own comfort as well as those of our guests! So we hope you too will find it a 'home from home'.
