Spanish Vistamar: Apartment in Cumbre del Sol, Costa Blanca -10 Minutes To Javea or Moraira

This spacious two bedroomed apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The large yet private terrace is ideal for al fresco eating, sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink and enjoying the stunning views. Or cool off in the pool... only 25 metres away in one of two infinity swimming pools (with toddlers splash area) exclusively for residents' use. Local facilities include a supermarket, pharmacy/medical centre, bar and snack bar and the highly recommended La Cumbre Restaurant which also has its own communal pool and small outside bar for tapas and drinks. A spectacular National Park Reserve adjoins the area, ideal for walkers and climbers. There’s also scuba diving, fishing and sailing, tennis, karting, riding, and several golf courses nearby. 10 minutes drive away are Moraira & Javea with child friendly beaches and excellent shops & restaurants. We are a British couple who fell in love with the view from the terrace the moment we saw it and knew this was the place to be. We know you too will love it and the surrounding area for it's outstanding natural beauty.

Why Angie Anderson chose Benitachell / El Poble Nou de Benitatxell

We live in the busy south east of England, near Gatwick, so we really appreciate the peace and quiet when we stay - we don't even see a plane in the skies, let alone hear one! We love the local walks, especially the natural park adjoining Cumbre del Sol, and the local cliff walks. We love exploring the small Spanish villages inland and visiting local markets. We mostly choose to eat in and enjoy our wonderful view, although nearby Moraira and Javea offer plenty of choice for excellent restaurants and shopping.

What makes this apartment unique

We have furnished it to our own taste with lots of additional extras and we have catered for our own comfort as well as those of our guests! So we hope you too will find it a 'home from home'.

Super apartment with magnificent views

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for a week in October, we were aware that the weather was not always be reliable so late in the year. We should not have worried the weather was excellent for six days and one day was partly rainy.

Moraira is a beautiful little town with many top rate restaurants and bars. The best part of the holiday was the views from the apartment.

this appt is a little treasure!

amazing location with fantastic views over the coastline , extremely well-equipped , roomy, great balcony with 4 sunbeds, near supermarkets and 10 mins from central Moraira and our favourite place- El Portet.2 lovely communal swimming pools which were never busy even in July.The whole complex despite seeming full from the amount of cars was very quiet-no rowdiness at all. Very accommodating owners in terms of arrival days etc. Would recommend this apt highly- if we just want to relax and get some sun and rest we will definitely be going back.

Very nice apartment, very relaxing holiday

This was our third visit to the apartment, it is just as described, the views are fantastic and it is always clean on arrival. My daughter likes the wifi ( very fast) shops and supermarkets in the surrounding area are well stocked and easy to get to.

We had a very relaxing holiday, didn't want to leave.

Lovely apartment with spectacular sea views

The apartment has everything you could need for a really comfortable stay. The views from the terrace are stunning. The weather was wonderful for January, lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. The sun rises from the sea directly in front of the terrace and disappears from view around 4pm so lots of sun for winter. It can get a little chilly in the apartment when the sun does disappear but there are oil-filled radiators and reverse air con to keep you warm.

The Cumbre del Sol is a stunning residential development and Moraira is a very pretty town with lots of cafes and restaurants, a lovely marina and small beach. A walk over to Portet Bay for a coffee in the midday sun is a must. The whole area is very beautifully developed with lots of pockets of rural terraces in between.

We will definitely be back.

We had a gorgeous week at this apartment it is clean cosy and the views are magnificent even the swimming pools make you chill ! But you do need a car ....Would recommend this too all friends and family .

Moraig beach 5 min. drive. A picturesque hidden cove used almost exclusively by the residents of Cumbre del Sol, with a car park; in season – beach bar, sun beds and pedalos for hire.

Moraira - 10 mins - long sandy beach & pretty marina

Arenal Beach - 10 mins - Javea - lovely sandy beach ideal for children.

Port of Javea beach - pebble beach close to town.

El Portet - lovely little beach set in cove next to Moraira marina.

Travel:

Alicante Airport - 1 hour on motorway. Exit at Benissa.

Valenica Airport: 1 hour 15 min.

Booking Notes:
Please book directly with the owners. A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before arrival date, plus a refundable security deposit of 150 GBP which is repaid shortly after your return, providing keys have been returned and there are no damages/losses.
All cleaning, linen, use of air-conditioning are included in the price.
INTERNET access is at a daily rate of 4 euros per day, 10% discounted for 10 day stays or more.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible and can accept bookings for any day of the week so you can benefit from cheaper flights.
To allow for proper cleaning, arrival at the apartment should normally be after 4:00 pm, with departure by 10:00 am.

Notes on prices:
We will also accept 7+ days, or shorter than a week, depending on the season. Extra days are charged at pro-rata of the weekly rate. For less than a week please ask the owners.
