Apartment in Cumbre Del Sol, Costa Blanca North, Spain - 10 Minute Drive To Javea Or Moraira

This spacious two bedroomed apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The large yet private terrace is ideal for al fresco eating, sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink and enjoying the stunning views. Or cool off in the pool... only 25 metres away in one of two infinity swimming pools (with toddlers splash area) exclusively for residents' use. Local facilities include a supermarket, pharmacy/medical centre, bar and snack bar and the highly recommended La Cumbre Restaurant which also has its own communal pool and small outside bar for tapas and drinks. A spectacular National Park Reserve adjoins the area, ideal for walkers and climbers. There’s also scuba diving, fishing and sailing, tennis, karting, riding, and several golf courses nearby. 10 minutes drive away are Moraira & Javea with child friendly beaches and excellent shops & restaurants. A car is essential at this hilltop retreat.

We are a British couple who fell in love with the view from the terrace the moment we saw it and knew this was the place to be. We know you too will love it and the surrounding area for it's outstanding natural beauty.

Why Angie Anderson chose Benitachell

We live in the busy south east of England, near Gatwick, so we really appreciate the peace and quiet when we stay - we don't even see a plane in the skies, let alone hear one! We love the local walks, especially the natural park adjoining Cumbre del Sol, and the local cliff walks. We love exploring the small Spanish villages inland and visiting local markets. We mostly choose to eat in and enjoy our wonderful view, although nearby Moraira and Javea offer plenty of choice for excellent restaurants and shopping.

What makes this apartment unique

We have furnished it to our own taste with lots of additional extras and we have catered for our own comfort as well as those of our guests! So we hope you too will find it a 'home from home'.

Lovely apartment with spectacular sea views

The apartment has everything you could need for a really comfortable stay. The views from the terrace are stunning. The weather was wonderful for January, lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. The sun rises from the sea directly in front of the terrace and disappears from view around 4pm so lots of sun for winter. It can get a little chilly in the apartment when the sun does disappear but there are oil-filled radiators and reverse air con to keep you warm.

The Cumbre del Sol is a stunning residential development and Moraira is a very pretty town with lots of cafes and restaurants, a lovely marina and small beach. A walk over to Portet Bay for a coffee in the midday sun is a must. The whole area is very beautifully developed with lots of pockets of rural terraces in between.

We will definitely be back.

We had a gorgeous week at this apartment it is clean cosy and the views are magnificent even the swimming pools make you chill ! But you do need a car ....Would recommend this too all friends and family .

The apartment was very clean and well organised. Angie and Graham were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and the time we were in their apartment. The location has spectacular views and was at the time we went very quiet and peaceful. A car is essential. Moraira is a beautiful place very relaxed and not the typical location you would find on that stretch of coastline. The description of the property was spot on and the little touches inside really impressed, silly things like an indicator hand written in English on the Spanish washing machine to let you know which programme to use.

View from the balcony at sunrise is impressive and eating out there in the evening was a real treat.

Overall we would recommend the apartment without reservation.

Exactly What It Says On The Tin

As the other reviewers and the comments in the guest book state, this apartment is located in a beautiful place with amazing views. It is clean, well equipped and laid out and very close to the infinity pool. The owners were easy to contact throughout the booking process and whilst we were there, and our deposit was returned very promptly. We would recommend it to others and be pleased to return ourselves.

Stunning views from lovely apartment

We had excellent communication from the owner of this property, Angie, from the start and found the apartment to be as described in the listing. It was very clean and comfortable and well-maintained. Everything worked and was easy to understand! There was some regional information to browse and guest book comments also provided some useful advice on local beaches, restaurants etc.

The layout of the property was very good. We were just two adults, but both bedrooms were doubles with plenty of space. As we visited in November we had no need for beach equipment, but there were chairs and beach toys available if required. The weather was lovely and warm during the day, but we needed to use the radiators in the evenings to take the chill off. Duvets were also provided and were very welcome!

We woke on the first morning to be greeted by a stunning sunrise from the balcony - the views are amazing - all across Cumbre del Sol with 180 degree seaviews.

The apartment is situated near the top of the mountain, and as such, car hire is beneficial in order to get to local facilities, unless you fancy a steep climb home! There is a supermarket and restaurant with pool approx. 5 minutes' drive and the nearest beach is also about 5-10 mins' drive.

Entering and leaving the apartment was straightforward and the owner returned our security deposit very promptly.

Please book directly with the owners. A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks before arrival date, plus a refundable security deposit of 150 GBP which is repaid shortly after your return, providing keys have been returned and there are no damages/losses.

INTERNET access is at a daily rate of 5 euros per day, 20% discounted for 10 day stays or more.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible and can accept bookings for any day of the week so you can benefit from cheaper flights.
To allow for proper cleaning arrival at the apartment should normally be after 4:00 pm, with departure by 10:00 am.

We will also accept 10 days, or shorter than a week, depending on the season. Extra days are charges at pro-rata of weekly rate. For less than a week please ask the owners.
