Villa in Liendo, Cantabrian Coast, Spain - Peaceful Location, 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach

This fantastic detached casa is amongst other holiday homes in a small village midway between Santander and Bilbao. The location is superb as you are close to both mountains and coast and only a short drive from several lovely beaches, the closest being San Julian (3k). Numerous summer resorts are within easy reach whilst in the other direction the beautiful countryside provides the ideal location for walkers and nature lovers. The house is large and extremely well furnished whilst the attractive garden with pool is maintained to a high level. Fitted kitchen/diner has freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer. Large open area subtly divided into 1 lounges and a dining area. WC. Single bedroom en suite. Stairs to 1st floor lead directly into another lounge with TV & balcony. 4-6 bedrooms (depending number of people)-2 single, 1 children's room with bunks & 2 doubles-1 very spacious with en suite bath/shower/wc & terrace. Bath/shower/wc. C/heating. Lovely enclosed garden with covered and partially enclosed terrace.

My name is Emilio Arroyo. I am the owner of Villa Liendo well as the Casa del Puente and the Apartment on Laredo.

I´am 49 years old, married with 4 children. Together with my wife Olga have launched the two projects. My wife was in charge of the decoration and I of the technique.

We have worked hard to make sure you will enjoy your stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic. Very quiet. Village itself is in a valley surrounded by hills on all sides. Massive sandy beaches 5 mins drive away House is huge so even with 7 of us we never felt on top of each other. Great outdoor space for eating and drinking. Pool was a good size and although there was a problem with the pump this was quickly sorted out. Wi-Fi was an added bonus. Thank you Emilio and family.
