It has 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bathroom and comes fully equipped with washing machine. This apartment is family owned and maintained to the highest standard. The apartment is situated in the quiet part of Los Cristianos only 300m from the seafront and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and golden sandy beaches. There is an excellent bar/restaurant on the complex with other bars and restaurants close by.

Notes on accommodation: This apartment is perfect for any type of holiday. It is very comfortable, ideally situated for travelling around the town and local beaches, or for just lounging by the complex pool. There is something for everyone of all ages and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops and everything you need to make your holiday relaxing, enjoyable and affordable. Outside: There are two heated swimming pools. One large pool for swimming and a smaller pool for children. There are sunbeds and parasols available for hire (1.50€/item) with all monies going back into the complex funds. The gardens are well kept throughout the complex. Utility Room: There is a: clothes airer, iron, ironing board, mop, bucket, and broom which can all be found in the cupboard on the terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our apartment will be spotlessly clean on your arrival. Linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Other: The terrace lets you enjoy a relaxing day and evening. Provided is a dining table with chairs and an awning, along with 2 sun beds for relaxing in the sun. It is a lovely place to sit during the day or in the evening.

Relaxing holiday

The apartment was just what we expected. Lovely view from the balcony. Although there was a building plot opposite that if ever built on would ruin the view. Vic 2 is well positioned and we thought actually better than Vic 1. Didn't use the bar or have to pay for sunbeds. Just walked out of door and into pool to cool off then sat on our balcony which had the sun from late morning till sunset. Everyone there friendly and helpful enough. Try the Olive Garden for lovely veggie food, they also do plenty for meat eaters too!!
