A luxurious, air conditioned, 2 bed, 2 bath, ex-show home apartment, situated on El puerto ii, an exclusive gated community set in mediterranean landscaped gardens with 2 large swimming pools as well as private parking. The magnificent Cala D'or marina is just a few minutes walk

away where there are superb restaurants and bars to sample. The town is less than a 10 minute walk away with its excellent shops and amenities. The town also has an attractive restaurant quarter with a wide choice on offer; here you will find all cuisines ranging from traditional tapas, steaks & ribs to chinese and indian. There are a number of exquisite coves and beaches located nearby, including the picturesque blue flag beach of Cala Mondrago national park.

We have holidayed with our family for many years in Cala D'Or,falling in love with the area and weather! We finally took the plunge to buy our apartment having seen the El Puerto development on our last trip; unable to resist the thought of the short walk to the marina to sit, drink and chat in the sunshine.

Utility Room: Interior laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and airer Cleaning / Towels / Linen All bed linen and bath towels (not pool towels) are provided. Apartment thoroughly cleaned and beds made upon prior to arrival. Other: Spacious balcony with dining table and chairs. Also additional chairs to relax and soak up the sun.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this nice, modern and comfortable apartment. Nice and clean complex with nice swimming pools. Harbor and center at a walking distance. The owners are also very responsive and helpful.

Great apartment

An excellent property in well-maintained gardens. We received plenty of information from the owner and found the place easily with the directions provided. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and found the other residents on the site very friendly and welcoming when we went to the pool. The apartment is an ideal base and only ten minutes walk from the marina's restaurants and bars (recommend Aquarius), and a five minute drive to Es Forti where there are stunning views over the bay. Definitely recommended.

Great apartment

Just returned from a fab holiday in this apartment, which is spacious and well equipped with everything you require on holiday. Gardens and pool areas are well maintained and very clean. Small walk to marina and town. Hired a car which was useful for good shopping. Owners supplied plenty information re directions to apt and surrounding areas. Very helpful and loved our time there

Super apartment, COMFORTABLE and STYLISH

Stayed here for one week June 2015. lovely apartment with modern decor, all the amenities you need for a great holiday. complex is entered through a security gate which ensures safety, swimming pool is great and there are lots of sunbeds.

walking to the marina takes about 10minutes , supermarkets close by.

hope to return 2016.

Fab holiday!!

We stayed here for just less than 2 weeks in August 2014.

Prior to our holiday I found the owner to be very helpful, sending us lots of valuable information not only about the property but also about the resort.

The apartment was lovely. Very clean, nicely furnished and with every amenity that you would require. We had a linen change mid week too!

There are 3 pools in the complex which always had plenty of beds available around them.

We hired a car but the town and marina was only a 10/15 minute walk away. Both the marina and town had some lovely restaurants.

We are people who as a rule don't return to the same place twice......but we have both said we would definately return to both cala d'or and el puerto II apts.

Car: not necessary


A number of beautiful beaches and coves surround Cala D'Or and are 15 mins walk. The picturesque beach of Cala Mondrago National Park is a short car ride away or use the local buses which run regularly throughout the Summer months.


Palma International Airport is 45 minutes away. The taxi fare from the airport is around 60 Euros one way. There is car hire at the airport (although it is best to book online prior to arrival to save time). Shuttle buses are also pre-bookable.

Car hire is recommended to experience other parts of the Island but not essential.


Cala D'Or Marina is less that 5 minutes walk away. Cala D'Or resort centre is approximately 8-10 minutes walk away. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a "tourist train" which runs regularly around the resort making it easy to get about.

Cala Mondrago beach is approximately 15 minutes drive. The cosmopolitan city of Palma is approximately 60 minutes drive.

Further Details:

The apartment is situated close to the stunning Cala D'Or Marina offering excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. Cala D'Or resort is a beautiful, family friendly resort with many amenities including banks, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Nearby there are may other tourist attractions such as Aqualand, the Zoo and the famous Caves of Drach.
