Apartment in Cala D'Or, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Waterfront Location With All Amenities Close By And A 10 Min Walk To The Nearest Beach

This lovely, modern, refurbished first floor apartment is situated on the edge of the marina with wonderful views from the terrace of the boats at their moorings and passing by on their way out to sea. It is set back slightly with a grassed area in front and is surrounded by the best restaurants and a short walk into the centre of Cala d’Or. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Flat screen TV to play DVD's, and all the furniture, fittings and equipment are stylish and modern. Behind the apartment is possible access to nearby shared swimming pool and a large garden/ park of the Green Oasis complex which is available to our clients. There is a supermarket very close by and various shops, restaurants and bars. The Es Pou beach is a 15 minute walk away, as is the tennis club. This is a really lovely apartment which we thoroughly recommend for a family holiday with all amenities on the doorstep.

Relaxing hassle free holiday

Visited for a week in April 2014 with my husband and parents in law. The apartment was clean and cool despite the hot temperatures outside. Really advantageous to have 2 modern fitted bathrooms. Enjoyed watching the boats come and go, and there are a number of fantastic restaurants & cafes in walking distance with further facilities in the main town which we could walk to or take the tourist train. All round relaxing holiday, just what we needed!

Excellent Apartment in great location

I stayed here for a week in July 2013 with 3 friends, we found the apartment had been recently refurbished to very high standards. 2 new bathrooms were very nice, new kitchen which we used on a couple of occasions for dinner which had also been refurbished to a high standard. The air conditioning was bonus at night as it was warm through July. The balcony looks out over the marina which was nice when having drinks in the evening watching the boats coming in to dock.

Overall the apartment was in excellent condition and in an excellent location just a short walk around the marina into town.

We will be booking again for this year.

Activity and Interests


Cala Es Pou is a short 15 minute walk away but there are many beautiful Calas within a short walk around Cala d'Or and Cala Egos. Porto Petro beach in a 5 minute drive and Es Trenc is 1/2 hour drive near to Campos.


Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx 60kms / 45 minute drive.


Cala d'Or - 10 minute walk into the centre

Cala Egos - 5 minute walk

Porto Petro - 5 minute drive

Calonge - 5 minute drive
