'Kittiwake' is situated in Portreath a small village set in the hilly countryside on the North Cornish coast. The house has a spacious open plan layout downstairs, with 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms, a twin and upstairs bathroom, will sleep 7. It has an excellent sandy beach with safe bathing and rock pools at low tide. The village has sufficient shops to suit daily needs, with a large Tescos a ten minute drive away. There are several local pubs, restaurants and cafes in the village. This terraced house has a small patio and raised garden to the rear and a walled lawn to the front, there is a garage and hard standing for a second car.

Have been on holiday here for a number of years. The property is very family friendly, close to the beach and all other amenities. The property is well equipped and very much feels like a family home. We have always had lovely restful holidays here.

This is a home from home property which has been much loved by our family for many years. You will find a peaceful location, but with all the amenities you need for an excellent holiday, whether you enjoy being on the beach, searching rock pools or walking the glorious cliff paths. Easy access to all the excellent Cornish attractions for all of the family. Many of our visitors return year after year, so book early to avoid disappointment,

5 minute walk away from safe sandy beach. Good surfing, rock pools at low tide.

Travel:

By car Portreath is 10 minutes from A30.

Portreath has a bus service.

Nearest station is Redruth, 15 min. drive away. Taxi service available

Nearest airport in Newquay.

Distances:

From the village walk the North Cornwall Coastal path and take in the breathtaking scenery.

14 miles from Truro,a Cathedral city with excellent shopping.

15 miles from Flambards Theme Park, fun for all the family.

15 miles from St Ives, beautiful harbour town, full of art galleries.

18 miles from Penzanze, shops, restaurants & nearby St Michael's Mount - walk the giants causeway.
