A gorgeous, spacious, light, airy, 4 bed Victorian house situated on a quiet street in Dollis Hill a safe, quiet residential area. The house is close to Dollis Hill Tube Station and Gladstone Park. Situated in North West London, close to Willesdon Green, Queens Park, Kensal Rise, Portobello, Notting Hill, Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Camden. You’ll love the place because of the interior space, the interior light, the comfy beds, the kitchen, the outdoors space and the neighbourhood.

With a large sitting room and separate kitchen dining area on there ground floor, that leads directly into a private garden with outside dining and seating areas. With 4 very comfortable bedrooms. The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard, maintaining and renovating many original features, with high ceilings and all modern amenities.It has an electric style of mid century modern furniture, and contemporary art. With all the comforts of home.

Living Room: Spacious and light-filled space, Samsung Smart TV with entertainment options and Apple TV.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully-equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Liquidiser, Juicer, Blender Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer and all general Kitchen equipment. Sarrinen Marble top Dining table & 6 Eames style chairs, combined with a 3 seater sofa. With glass panelled doors that open directly onto the garden, this room is the perfect place to socialise with family & friends, especially in the Summer months.

4 individual Bedrooms: Bright and comfortable with Super King and Double and single beds, each with luxurious bed linens, down duvets and pillows.

1 Bathroom: With a bathtub and shower. Instant hot water. Towels provided.

Wifi: Available in all rooms, high-speed fibre-optic broadband connection.

Garden: Beautiful private garden with decked seating area, dining table and chairs, barbecue.

I will be there to greet you and show you around when you first arrive. After that the house is yours with minimal interaction until you check out, unless you need me for any reason or unless we have arranged a mid-stay cleaning. You will have complete privacy you will have a set of keys to come and go as you please and I'll always be available to answer your call or text.

The house is a smoke free zone, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden. There are smoke alarms throughout the house, a Carbon Monoxide alarm. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are provided in the kitchen.

Dollis Hill is a charming, leafy, quiet residential enclave within North West London. At the bottom of the road is Gladstone Park almost 100 acres in size, with woodland, formal gardens, pond, children’s playgrounds, tennis courts, football and rugby pitches, large open areas and a great café in the old country house stables. There are great views of London from the top of the hill here, including Wembley, the London Eye, The Shard, The City and BT Tower. It’s a great place to walk, run, relax and explore.

Willesden Green is the closet area for coffee shops, bars and restaurants, around 15 mins. walk, or one stop on the tube. West Hampstead, Kensal Rise and Queens Park are all within a 10 min car/taxi ride. Portobello and Notting Hill are only 15 mins by car/taxi. All have vibrant restaurant and bar scenes, as well as shops and supermarkets. Camden and Primrose Hill are also within easy reach via car/taxi in around 20 mins. It the perfect base for exploring London!

Portobello Market – 15mins car/taxi, world famous street market it is popular for Londoners and tourists alike and a perfect place to explore. Portobello Market takes up most of Portobello Road; it stretches for around two miles and goes straight through the heart of Notting Hill. Open on Fridays and Saturdays, it takes quite a while to walk from end to end. Includes vintage clothing and accessories, street food, fruit and veg, silver and antiques. As well as many unique, independent stores, coffee bars, café’s, bars and restaurants.

The house is close to buses and the tube. A number of buses go from the end of the street and Dollis Hill is the nearest station only 10 mins walk. On the Jubilee line, it provides a great fast service into Oxford Street and Bond Street station is direct taking about 20mins.

Taxi. Use Uber (highly recommended) and a taxi will be at the door in 5 or 10 minutes. Kensal Rise and Queens Park are 10 mins away and Portobello and Notting Hill usually takes around 15 minutes.

Great family property!
We were six people staying for a weekend, and we enjoyed the house a lot. It is welcoming and comfortable. The park nearby was fun for the children and the dog, and it was easy to travel into the city centre on the tube.

Absolutely perfect
Perfect location, a nice residential street, just a 3 minutes walk from a wonderful park, ideal for running, working out and playing tennis; less than 10 minutes away from the Jubilee line station, 15 more minutes to the city center and 35 minutes to Canary Wharf. Perfect house, for us two couples and three teenage children, delightfully decorated, wonderful and fully equipped kitchen and garden area, with BBQ, fire pit and trampoline, cosy living room with gas chimney, four bedrooms and a very nice bathroom. Perfect host, Simon always available and helpful, eager to make our stay most enjoyable, from booking our street parking to lending tennis rackets, indicating nice nearby restaurants and accommodating late check-ins and -outs. Just perfect :-)

Very quiet and good stay in a pretty house. Communication with owner is simple and quick. A very pleasant stay in London for family and a beautiful garden ( squirrel welcome us). Don’t hesitate and go. Need to park a car, discuss with owner.

Charming home
Exactly as described and shown in pictures. A charming home, short walk to train station, with lots of space for our family to spread out. Some minor annoyances - wished for stronger wi fi to third floor, and wished for a bigger washing machine. But overall a lovely stay.

The street is quiet, if you're coming to NW London to party this isn't the place for you, but it is a wonderful place to chill out, enjoy the city and be close to some of the most exciting creative areas in London.
