Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had everything we needed. All the furniture and linen were of the highest of quality. The only problem we had was that reversible air conditioning was out of order. Meaning it took a full 24 hours for the apartment to heat up from the 11 degrees on arrival to a satisfactory temperature the following day.

Christmas Weekend in London!

Fab stay Great Flat loads of space, handy for us to have a kitchen given large family and on Vancouver time so hungry at odd hours:) Do not want to travel with hungry, sleep disturbed teens :) Sarah manager was perfect!! Thank you! Hopefully back next year!

Amazing location! Apt pretty good.

Location is the best. So convenient to everything and Shepherd’s Market is such a cute neighborhood. The size of the apartment is as advertised. Really large for a family group but as others mentioned, it could use a little bit of an update. Sofas are well worn and you sink into them - and not in a soft, fluffy way but in a way that the cushions need restuffing. Other furniture just looks dated. Cords on shades were broken so you couldn’t close them. The WiFi worked great, three bathrooms nice but the water pressure in the en suite bathroom is weak. Shower head could use a good cleaning. We had trouble with the temperature control. Apt was cold when we arrived having been vacant for a bit but despite keeping the heat on, it never really warmed up. Radiators are evidence that they’re aware of the issue - large livings / dining area may just be difficult to heat. But I would not want to stay here in the cold of winter. Sarah was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Some concierges more helpful than others.

Fabulous!

Superb location for walking to all the sites and Shepherds Market is brilliant for eating out and evening drinks. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children; great space and totally comfortable. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough.
