Very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated

This property was a real gem...walking distance to several great restaurants, small grocery stores for basics, and walking distance to main parts of West London. We were able to walk (15 minutes) to areas to get tour bus tickets, theatre tickets, etc. We also walked all the way to Westminster Bridge (40 min). The lovely outdoor patio would be fantastic in warmer weather. The kitchen was WELL stocked with everything you would need even to make a full dinner. The bathrooms were all new and very comfortable. Finally, the concierge was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful Place

Three couples meeting in London for 5 days. Great accommodations for 6 people. Each couple had their own room and bathroom and there are areas large enough to socialize at the end of the day. Lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Great location in the Mayfair area. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Also, near the tube, Buckingham Palace, shopping and wonderful parks. Would stay here again on a return trip to Paris with a group of friends or family.

Great apartment and perfect location for family touring London

We rented this apartment for our first family trip to London and it worked great for us. It's beautifully furnished (exactly like in the pictures), had plenty of room for our group to spread out, and is in a safe Mayfair neighborhood that's close to the Shepherd Market restaurants and shops and a short walk or ride on the Tube or Uber to so many great London locations. We highly recommend the apartment for a family or large group -- we had 8 people and it was so nice having us all together instead of split across multiple hotel rooms. The living area, kitchen and bathrooms are all very new and the patio doors open to an outside terrace that's great for your morning coffee. Sarah and her staff were professional and very responsive to relatively new VRBO travelers! What a great London experience that our family will remember for many, many years...

A luxurious appartment in a great location

For our family of 4, this was a perfect set-up and location. The pictures are accurate and the décor is very attractive. The location is ideal with a 5 minute walk to the Green Park Station and several restaurants within a few blocks. We felt very secure and the maid service was appreciated. The apartment was equipped with all the essential paper products. dish washing detergent and laundry detergent and the showers are delightful. I would recommend this rental without reservation and found the rental agent to be responsive and informative. We also appreciated the uncommon sunny weather during our week in London!

CANCELLATION The Owner is unable to provide Cancellation Insurance and it is not included in the rental.
a). We strongly recommend that Holiday Cancellation Insurance is taken out independently as deposits are non-refundable and the balance remains payable on the due date. If however, the cancelled week is re-let by the Owner, all monies paid, less the deposit will be refunded.
b). If for reasons beyond their control the Owner has to cancel or alter arrangements made for the Guest the Owner will refund all monies paid by the Guest, where upon the Owner's liability will cease.
FINAL PAYMENT Final payment set out in the Booking Form is due seven days before a holiday commences and this is shown as the due date in the Acceptance Letter. No further reminders will be sent.
a). Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the Guest’s initial payment will be forfeit. The Owner will then seek to re-let the property without further reference to the Guest.
b). If a booking is made less than six weeks before the commencement of the holiday the full rent is due at the time of booking. EXTERNAL FACTORS The Owners cannot be held to account or be responsible for any holiday fairs, fetes, events or festivals occurring during the letting season, or be responsible for any noise or building works in the vicinity or on neighbouring properties. The Owners cannot be held to account or be responsible for the activity of any wild life that may live in the vicinity.
AMENITIES Whilst representations both written and visual contained on the website and any other advertising matter are made in good faith and carefully scrutinized by the Owners, neither such written or visual representation contained in such publications, nor any verbal representations made by the Owner form part of the Contract. No warranty or representation is given as to the state of the property. The use of amenities provided by the Owner must be used safely and responsibly by the Guests.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
